Chapter 1

I felt a hand on my shoulder and someone shake me. I slowly opened my eyes to see my older brother Eijiro Kirishima. I rubbed my eyes and sat up. I stretched and looked at him. He smiled at me and waved. I smiled and waved back. 'Morning brother!' I spelled out in sign language.

(The little '' things are what you spell or someone else spells out in sign langue ok? Ok)

'It's time to get up. We have school today remember?' Kiri held out his hand to me to help me out of bed. I got up and nodded. He waved and walked out after pointing to my uniform. It was my first day to UA. It took a little longer for me to get in since I couldn't really understand what present mic was saying at the entrance exam.

I got dressed and fixed my hair, brushed my teeth all that. I grabbed my bag and walked out of my room. I know your probably thinking why I don't have hearing aids. Well I did but I kinda broke them while using my quirk. You see me and kiri have the same quirk. I walked down the hall, past mom and dad's room to the kitchen. I sat my bag down and walked over to the kitchen.

I suddenly felt someone pick me up. I smiled and looked behind me. Kiri was holding me by my waist and spinning me around. Some people ask if we are dating and he has to explain that he's my big brother. He's always so nice to me. When I first figured out I was deaf I became depressed. I wanted to be a hero that people rely on.

So it sorta crushed my dream. But Kiri was always there to help me get through my breakdowns. One time he walked in on my trying to cut off my ears....I wanted them gone so bad...but he took away the scissors and helped me through it. He told me that, this was just a way of saying I'm special and the world training me. He also told me that my eyes and nose would be stronger and I would be able to see better than most people.

Kiri smiled and put me down. I hugged him as he hugged back. 'I made you some toast are you ready for school?' I nodded and grabbed the toast on the plate. He straightened my bag, grabbed my hand and lead me out the door.

(Time skip)

We got into class and the teacher, kiri said his name was aizawa, he called Kiri in and made me stay out in the hall. I was a little nervous. What if people made fun of me for being deaf?... I was so deep in my thoughts I didn't notice aizawa standing in front of me. He waved and held out a hand to me. He had a very tired look and no expression. I took his hand and he lead me into the classroom. Everyone's eyes were on me.

A girl with pink hand and skin smiled and started talking. I looked at her. I couldn't read her lips she was talking so fast. I looked at kiri. I tugged on my skirt. That was one of our signs that I wanted to be near him. He immediately got up and walks over to me. Aizawa let go of my hand and I gripped onto kiris shirt. A girl with brown hair and pink cheeks smiled and yelled something I think. I couldn't tell.

I looked up at kiri and he was talking. I was so confused. What was everyone saying. I looked down and scooted behind kiri. I peeked around him and saw a blonde guy glaring at me. I looked around again and found a black haired girl who had a big smile waving at me. I waved a tiny bit back.

Kiri reaches back and put a hand on my head.

(Kiris pov)

"So this is my younger sister (y/n) Kirishima! She's new here so please be nice. She's very shy. And she's deaf so if you'd like to tell her something you could wright it or tell me and I'll tell her. Or you can say it at a normal pace and she can read your lips." I placed my hand on (y/n)s Head she stood next to me still holding my shirt. This was a sign she didn't want to leave my side and she was nervous.

I love her so much! She's the best sister I could have. Even if she can't hear. "Was she born deaf or did something happen?" Mina asked me. I looked at her. "Well she was in a car crash with her friend. The impact was on the side of the car...so the door and the bottom of the seat hit both of her ears. It took them almost an hour to get her out and when she was at the hospital they found out she was deaf.."
