Lovesick ghost

Chapter 2

"Oh! I know now! We should alter your rumor."

"Alter in what way?"

"Dunno." The girl shrugs her shoulders and grins as the boy in return looks dissatisfied.

"I knew you would answer that."

"Shut up! Don't expect me to solve all your problems!" Hanako blushes and steps closer to Yashiro.

"So, you don't have the confidential information?" Ahh...not this again.

"I don't know what you're talking about."

"Okay, I'll just fave to adjust my way of wording it..." Hanako stops in his steps making the girl turn around. Adjusting his hat, he makes an eerie grin.

"What are girls like you afraid of?" Yashiro stomps the wooden floor.

"Scaring girls is not the solution Hanako!"

"Oh, what is then?" Eh?! He is putting me to the spot again. This time I'll come up with an answer.

"We- we should host a night party at school..." Omg! That is the worst idea of the century!

"A night party you say?"

"Yeah.... Um, like a sleepover." I'm digging my own crave here! I should have stayed quiet. My idea won't even solve the problem in the first place!

"That's an amazing idea Yashiro! And you told me good ideas don't appear out of nowhere. Then, where did this one come from?"

"Um...it just popped out of my head."

"Yashiro, I knew I could trust you! And speaking of which... not to take the honor but I sort of evoke your true potential in everything." The girl turns her back to the boy and takes a head start.

"Hey, wait for me." Hanako catches up with the stomping girl again.

"Where are you even going?"

"To home."

"Hey, Yashiro who are you talking to?" The girl twists around looking for the boy who just disappeared.  A door had opened in the hallway with a familiar figure standing against the bright lights coming from the classroom. Yashiro's squinting eyes wondered back to the figure and to the classroom label. The student council! Minamoto-senpai?!

"I-I was just...um..." Omg! What do I say?! I don't want to look like I'm stupid or insane! Fast, come up with an explanation!

"I was just talking on the phone...with my mom." Yes! You saved it!

"Your mother? Oh, that explains why you said something about your home." The tall blond guy leaning on the door giggles friendly.

"I'm sorry. I interfered, didn't I?"

"No, no I was just ending the call anyway."

"What a relief. In the end respecting the older ones is essential for good relationships and untimely all social structures." The way he smiles with light pouring to the dark hallway from behind him makes Yashiro blush. What an angel!

"I 100% agree with you Minamoto-senpai."

"I'm sorry to bother you but could you lend me your honest thoughts for a second?" The guy gives a warm worried smile.

"Of course!"

"It's just about this one puzzling dilemma. Please come inside so we can talk formally if you don't mind?" Omg! He invited me to talk with him! Just the two of us! He is just so charming! The way he says even the most ordinary things with outstanding charisma. No girl can clash with that.
