This is my very first story ever...so yeah. Enjoy your time following me through this story. Picture is Jaehyun AKA: Jackson from GOT7 <3

"Jae!"

I heard from downstairs.

"Have you been staying up again?!"

Have you ever been in one of those days where your bed is so comfortable that you don't want to get up for school?

I have. It's the story of my
miserable life.

I twisted and turned in my bed making sure my covers were still on my half naked body.

I hesitantly opened my eyes, seeing only blinding, blurry light. My eyes felt horrible. All this while yawning and stretching and taking in the scent of ham and eggs.

Oh damn. HAM.

I kicked myself up and put on any shirt I can find then slowly trudged downstairs.

I quickly grabbed my glasses from my pockets and saw 2 figures.

1st figure was my mother washing the dishes. She was beautiful, smart but very busy. She would often go with her boyfriend at restaurants when she was off, making family time rare. I have seen a bruise when she had came home once, which by the way, she never told me about.
This had always angered me however, she always brushed it off. I'm pretty sure she would choose her family instead of that pest of a boyfriend though.

2nd figure was my blonde, 5'1, 10 year old sister. Innocent, annoying and adorable. She was always so mature and composed which was cute to most people, however if you have to live with it everyday it seems to get just a little bit annoying.

"Eat your food and get dressed. It's already 8 o clock."

Mom sighed putting on her bag.
She grabbed her keys and checked her hair on the mirror and redid her lipstick before rushing to the door opening it half way and turned to me.

"Can you wash your sisters dishes when she's finished?"

"Yes, mom" I answered.

"Thanks!"

The door closed with a click, leaving me and my sister staring at each other in awkward silence.

"You wash your own dishes and i'll give you 20 dollars tomorrow, deal?"

"Deal"

We shook hands before she finally returned back to our business.
She stopped and glanced at me as she slowly shook her head in disappointment.

"You skipping breakfast, again?"

She asked, cocking her head to the right

"You shouldn't do that."

She added.

"It's only for today, Annie"

Lies. I had done that too many times. One ended up fatal. No reason why, of course. (Note my sarcasm)

I guess I am what society calls a 'pussy'.

Most people call that suicide, I call it trying to go back to heaven because Earth is just too....Ew.

I brushed my teeth lost in my own thoughts as she continued to eat her breakfast in silence.

She might only be 10 but she sure acts like an adult. Heck, she doesn't even cry for injections when she was 4 years old!

I grabbed my bag and packed my books for today, which I should've done last night. Procrastination.

Combing my hair, I squeezed on my favourite pair of shoes then fixed my pants and my batman shirt.

"Can you walk yourself to school? It's only 2 blocks away..." I asked, breaking the silence.

"Course I can."

"Good girl" I replied.

"Remember, if an old man asks you if you want candy, say no"

I grabbed my bag then kissed my sister goodbye and locked the door.

To hell we go.
