Finn Kennedy wasn't your ordinary young adult, he was disabled, had just entered college and to top it off he also didn't actually know as much about technology as he probably should. It had been the suggestion of his father, Finn had been interested in technology after all, especially after he had lost his legs. He enjoyed taking his wheelchair apart and working on different things on it; thought it mostly was basic stuff like tuning it's wheels or handle he sometimes did try to put things into it, sometimes he was successful, for example he had managed to put a bell on it, though most of his attempts either failed or ended with him falling to the floor before he sighed and gave up. Luckily he had always done those things when someone of his family was close, so they could always help him if necessary. Well, working on things with only one arm was hard after all.

But now his family wasn't close, there was nobody around to help him any longer. He was in University now, a bit later than most others, but in University. And although he hoped it would be different this time he doubted that anyone would actually care to help a "cripple" like him; that was what society was nowadays anyways. Moving into his room had been easy; his father and cousin had helped him. But now he sat in his wheelchair, which luckily for him had a electronic control device installed for him -trying to move it by his own would obviously be impossible- exploring his campus. Being in university felt nice and scary at the same time; he was finally independent but at the same time he left the warm safety his family provided. It was a big step and he deeply hoped he wouldn't regret it. Releasing another breath of air in a small sigh the brunette still vividly remembered how he had departed from home and how his little brother had reacted.

"...You're... leaving?" the question came almost confused, although there shouldn't be any; it had been clarified months ago. "You're seriously leaving?! I thought you wouldn't leave me here!" came the sudden shout at the teen, successfully making him flinch. "I'm sorry...?" he mumbled, turning his head away since he couldn't turn away completely. "You're sorry!? Well then you wouldn't leave me here alone! Who's going to be there for me? Who's going to be there for you?!" the shouting continued before small hands shook and forcefully were made into fists. Of course Finn couldn't know that his brother simply felt guilty and scared. He felt guilty for not being able to help his older brother anymore and scared that something might happen to him. But at the same time he knew it was for the sake of his brothers development. Yet, Daniel couldn't help the angered words that left his mouth. "Fine by me! Get lost, go! I hate you!" he shouted before running out, leaving his brother behind, mouth wide open and tears prickling in the corners of the eyes of both of them. This was definitely something they would both regret their lifes long.

Breathing out deeply the male decided to look around the building a bit, he hadn't been inside yet and it was a huge building, so in order to know how to get to class fast without making anyone wait or slow somebody down he probably should take a look around. He disliked how he often was in other people's way; he was always raised to help others and to be kind so even if those gestures were never returned he still felt the need to do them, and doing something counterintuitive always made him feel horrible. Trying his best to not frown the male forced a tiny smile on his lips; better to appear with a smile and have a chance to appear friendly and nice to others than to look like some crippled rude brat. "Okay Finn, time to calm down. You can do it." he mumbled to himself before moving the wheeled device into the building, somehow suddenly desiring to quickly return to his room as soon as possible.
