"Why are you always happy?" Your best friend asked as both of you were walking to dance class after school.
"I don't know." You answered and continued walking happily to dance.
"My body physically, mentally, and emotionally could never." You laughed at her comments and after the long walk you two made it.
"Oh we were just about start, now if you two girls wanna go sit down please do so." The dance teacher, Mr. Jeon said.
"Okay so our dance competitions are coming later as the months pass. We are planning to get our groups ready as some quick preparations to get ready." Mr. Jeon continued. "Now I will be putting you guys in duos, trios, and possibly a quartet."
He started putting people in their groups and soon he got to you, "Y/N will be in a trio with Dongju and Dongmyeong." Mr. Jeon said, many students looked towards you along with the Dongs.
You weren't a fond of stares so you quickly answered, "Okay." and nodded.
"Everyone should be in a group. Okay now explaining, the competitions are going to have a concept for the first time. This year's competition is going to be a romance concept."
That made your heart drop even more, being in a group with the Dongs, the romance concept, and how everyone is going to react. You were 100% sure that the twins had their fans and they were going to attend the competitions as always, that thought made you worry but you tried to brush it off as you wanted to do your best for this competition.
"Please gather with your group and brainstorm a song that you'll be doing right... Now!"
All the members gather with their group to brainstorm their group dance concept.
"Okay I was thinking we should do 2002 by Anne Marie, it's a very cute song and I think it goes really well the concept." You said as you looked at the twins who looked really impressed at how fast you were at brainstorming. Also nodding in agreement.
"Is everyone here done their brainstorming?" Mr. Jeon asked getting alot of hums as a response, "I would like it if you please tell us as one class what song you're doing." Mr. Jeon continued.
"Can we go first?" You raised up your hand and gladly stood up with your group.
"Would you mind saying what song we're doing?" You asked Dongmyeong and got an instant nod.
"We are going to be doing the song 2002 by Anne Marie." Dongmyeong said proudly and the classes clapped following the teacher.
After weeks of practicing it was finally time to have final practices until you had to perform in front of the members.
As you were you wanted to go first to get it over with.
(I don't have a footage of the choreography but I can probably say that dance was cut all in half. So like You get a duo part with Donju then one with Dongmyeong. You also get your own solo, so does the twins.)
After your group's performance
"So now I want to ask some questions about this perfect trio. How does this dance explain you guys?"
You thought for awhile then came up with something.
"I'm not a hundred percent sure how it actually shows us..." Donju answered.
"Well this song talks about a person's youth and their love life. So we added dance that kind of explained the whole song with three of us together." You answered after a short pause.
"Hmm very nice." Mr. Jeon clapped once again as the members did the following action.
After watching the other students.
"Guys as the oldest here I'm treating you guys ice cream." Dongmyeong smiled, both you and Dongju looked at eachother and jumped around in excitement.
