Chapter 9

"Your highness, with all due respect, please don't look at me like that"

Your explanation seemed to surprise them a little but the Princess seemed oddly happy with that.

You stiffened your body when the Prince walked up to and came to your eye level.
Heck, you couldn't even tell if he was angry. His face brighten alittle when you told him when you kissed after that his face fell.

He was at your eye level and you breathed slowly as you stared back at him awkwardly, he raises his hand and Swifts his hand and lifts your few strands of your hair and notices the the mark on your collarbone.

"Tell be young man, what were you thinking when you were doing this"
The Prince walks over to him and stiffs his hands in his white marble pants.

"Honestly, I don't know .... I just--"
The latter scratches  his nape and avoids the Prince's eyes. His highness Pat's on the latter's shoulder as he cracks into a smile.

"Well, you know what this means Frost"

"Actually, I..... Don't and he doesn't either"

The Prince and the Princess throw glances at each other and nearly burst out laughing before catching a glimpse of your face.

"Oh, you're serious"

They clear their throats and glances looks at each other.

"Well we can't confirm it yet, tell me have their been any weird occurancesses?"

The Princess flaps her wings and retracts them back to herself. She crosses her arms right over chest.

"Define weird"

Jisung sighs dramatically and looks over to the Prince as he seems to smiling widely,

"Like maybe hearing two heart beats at the same time? Or feeling hurt in someplace when you didn't even do anything?"

"Well, it's like I heard Jisung's voice even though he wasn't moving his mouth"

The Princess and the Prince start clapping and Jisung looks at you equally confused.

You weren't the one who could get puzzled over something to just about anything. But, now you were so confused.

"You both are SOULMATES!"

The Princess squeals and you feel your head falling off, she runs over to hug you more like out you into a lockhold.

It's only a matter of moments she leaves you almost instantly. She runs over to Jisung and puts him into a lockhold as well and his eyes scream for him to be released.

"He is a human your highness" you laugh softly and she lets go of the latter.

"So we are bonded--"

"And he marked you!"
Her highness squeals with joy once again. The Prince at this point shakes his head in disapproval.

"But it's one sided though, because noona didn't mark me? Or if that's how it's work"

The Prince opens his mouth to say something but the Princess squeals once again interrupting him.

"Rachel! He is younger than you?!"

The Princess goes silent as the Prince cancels her voice by a snap of his finger. He clears his throat and goes behind his large desk.

"Indeed that's how it does work. that's why the bond is incomplete, the bond needs to be completed otherwise ..."

He pauses and leans back in his chair.
"You both won't be able to stay together forever"

You were about to ask him something but instead you couldn't feel your ears.

The Prince motions the boy to come closer to him and so, Jisung does.

"Listen carefully"

The Prince breathes out and turn his chair to face him.

"When Rachel uses her powers too much, she looses what he holds dear most, okay?"

Jisung only nods thinking that maybe that when the time is right, he might understand what he means.

"Also, their is a little divine conviction held later this week, I expect you both to be here."

The Prince snaps his fingers and both the
Girls feel unmoved.

"You both are dismissed"

You take the turn and just a few seconds later both of you reach your Villa.

A small woah is heard from Jisung's mouth and you ring the bell. The metal gate clicks open and you both enter.

The front yard is huge. Jisung looks around the area in awe.

"This is awesome!"

"Glad you like it"
You reply back to him in his mind.

"Rachel!"
You widened your eyes as you see Olivia running to you at full speed.

"Liv! You shouldn't be running!"

She completely ignores you and looks over to Jisung and smiles,

"Who is this?"
