Cloudenople was the capital of the lost kingdom of Alicadia (South Equestria), This city was founded in Millennium of years, when the king Alicaden I of the flash was in the dragonlands coasts, he built this city and it became the most greatest city in all of equestria before canterlot founded, but the dragons refused the pony kingdom in their coasts, so there was a racist war between the ponies and dragons, King Alicaden II (aka SunBright) has lost his element power so he surrendered and killed as the Alicadia has fallen and the dragons toke over Cloudenople while King Alicaden II's son, Prince Bright flash and the rest of the flash's family has escaped to canterlot in exile so Princess celestia takes care of the flash's family but there's a prophecy that a pegasus with a pink mane and green eyes and related to princess celestia (Clouden flash) will free this city from the dragons and equestria will became a large empire
