Shadow

Hey!!!! I'm on Thanksgiving Break!!! Whole entire week off. It feels good, dunu dunu nunu, I knew that it would. Sorry I'm really excited, my cousins are coming and my sister is here (she's in college so I don't get to see her a lot). Yeah, really excited. So I thought I'd give you guys a lil' chapter out of the goodness in my heart. Here ya go! Enjoy <3

The moon shined up in the sky with no clouds to block it as it looked down on Minecraft. All was silent, not a mob in sight. An outline of what looked like a man roomed the hills, but he was not solid.

Shadow then spotted a lone miner walking towards a mine in the mountain. He had brown shaggy hair the reached about the middle of his ear and he was wearing a greenish shirt with blue pants. There was something off about this miner though, Shadow could not see for his back was to him.

Shadow was curious so he followed him into the mine. Inside the mine the stranger walked through the mobs littered everywhere but none of them dared to touch him for they feared it may upset him.

(Still wonderin' who it may be?)

But the miner was not stupid. He still came prepared in case a mob was too stupid to attack him. And that is just what happened. The miner found it funny that a zombie came at him, for zombies were stereotyped as dumb because they were dead. But that completely depended on the zombie. Just like humans some were dumb and some were smart. This one just happened to be dumb.

The zombie lunged at the miner, fully prepared to sink its rotten teeth into the fresh flesh. The miner quickly grabbed the sword from behind his back and cut down the zombie mid-strike.

Shadow was amazed, he had never seen anyone cut down a mob like that.

At seeing this the other mobs were furious. How dare he kill one of us?! Immediately all the mobs in the cave started attacking the miner. The miner realized that the odds were greatly against him and started sprinting towards the opening of the cave.

Shadow was afraid, but he could do nothing to help the miner. He was not solid enough.

The miner never made it.

The mobs were too great in number and quickly overpowered the miner. Chucks of the miners flesh were torn off and slashes were made on his arms, legs, face, and body. The miner was losing blood fast and feeling faint.

'Someone help', the miner thought.

Just as the miner finished that thought a bright white light filled the cave, but by then the miner was gone. The person behind the white light walked towards the miner and knelt where he lay.

"Please forgive me. I did not make it in time."

The mystery person then picked the miner's body off the ground and walked out of the cave.

Shadow followed.

Shadow noticed that the miner lay limp in the mystery man's arms. He felt angered by this because he knew what it meant. Another innocent life had been taken by the monsters that roomed within that world.

Shadow watched as the miner disappeared in another bright flash, along with the miner's body. He had not seen exactly what the mystery man had looked like for his aura was too bright to see clearly... And something else?

Yay! I didn't have to work much on this one so I may make another chapter. Maybe... but my cousins are coming soon so I may be too busy. Oh well.
