Namjoon stays quiet as Hoseok works at a desk within the police station, trying his best to hurry the process of running the plate through the system. Joon looks around to see many officers looking on computers or talking among one another as a TV blares somewhere, talking about the weather or something.

"So, we won't get caught?" Namjoon asks.

"Namjoon, who do you think takes the blame for most of the mafia's shit? If there was a shooting then the public sees the police behind it but they know who the real culprit is." Hoseok says, staring intently at the computer screen.

"And everyone's okay with it?" Namjoon asks.

"As long as everyone does their job, they keep their lives. They don't have to like it but if they act out, Y/N will kill them. It's happened quite a few times actually. If there's an officer who thinks they're doing the right thing, they accidentally get shot while in the line of duty. It is what it is, leave it alone, don't talk about it and you'll be just fine. That and the officers all get profits if they invest in some of the business." Hoseok explains.

Namjoon was speechless, looking around at every officer in a new light, seeing them as pawns instead of as city protectors.

"Hey, I see the look on your face. Don't do that, they aren't monsters. Do you know what Y/N did to the crime rate in this city? It's down to 20% as of this year." Hoseok says.

"Okay? That's good how?" Namjoon asks.

"Before she took over the mafia a few years ago, it was well over 149%." Hoseok says.

"Probably because she took all of the criminals into her gang." Namjoon says.

"Jesus, Namjoon, stop looking at all the negative and listen to me. If one person steps out of line on her watch, they either get severely punished or killed. It's not made up of any criminals, just people who desperately need a job or are captured people that could be of use. I don't want to call it slavery because they do get paid. L/N Enterprises is the most corrupt business in the entire world, and if it were to get out, no one would be surprised, they wouldn't do anything about it either because the Black Stones will kill anyone who goes against them.

There is no crime that Y/N doesn't know about because she controls the crime in the entire city. She makes sure civilians don't get hurt and she knows how to run an economy so everything can flow efficiently and properly. If I didn't know any better, the people up in the government are part of her gang too, making sure that laws are passed to protect the ones she cares about. In this case, she cares a whole lot about South Korea as a whole. Did you know that we've got the military on our side?" Hoseok looks at Namjoon.

There was a soft ding from the computer and both boys look to see that there was a match on the plate, along with city wide surveillance with the car driving toward a warehouse next to the ocean.

"Those fuckers. They really think they could take her and not pay consequences huh?" Hoseok growls.

"What's going on?" Namjoon asks.

"There's another gang that lives within this city but they're so small and insignificant that they feel threatened by us. I bet they plan on killing her in order to get everything she has and ruin the rest of the world for us." Hoseok says.

"Get everything? Ruin the world? Hoseok what the hell are you talking about?" Namjoon asks, shaking his head out of confusion.

"Wow, Y/n really didn't tell you shit did she? Okay, when you kill the leader of a rival mafia, you get everything they have and all of the people who worked for them. Makes sense right? Well, the Black Stones isn't just in South Korea. We've got gangs all across the world, one in every country I believe. Russia is the biggest gang, with over 2 million people a part of it. Chile is the smallest with only 700 people, but they are the most bad and big people in the country so they take care of themselves pretty well.
