{Remember when I said everything happens for a reason? I lied....}
I try to get up, but I feel way too weak. I try to get up again, and again, until I fall and hit the floor, several times. “Can anyone help me?" I try saying, but it comes out like a croak. I hear a door slam from across the room and stomping of someone's feet. “Why am I here?" I hear the person just start laughing like its okay. “You people say the exact same thing." I back away from the bars and see a guy with a shovel and one ugly face. “What do you want?" I hear a second voice.
“Why am I here?" My eyes stay steady on the shovel, not knowing what he's gonna do with it. “But we all know this, we hate you, and you have no clue who we are." I nod my head slowly agreeing with the guy. “One thing for sure though, we ain't your enemy." The voice cackles and I gasp and bit confused too, not knowing what this is. “What d- do you mean that you ‘ain't my enemy?' I thought since the shovel in your hand..."
“Haha very funny kid. Nah we were just messing with you. We are gonna just break this lock." I sit by the corner far away from them. “Well, that wasn't funny. That's just messed up what you was doing." I say, close to a whisper than a shout. “So, you wanna come out or not, cause I'm alright if you stay." The person with the shovel leans against the door and I look confused. “what? You just said that you are gonna break the lock open, and now you're asking me if I want to come out?! Of course I want to come out!" I try getting up, and fall back down, and just sit.
“You need help with that?" The other person says and I nod, giving up. He grabs my arms and pull me up and I start trying to walk to the opening. “Ow! Be careful!" I gesture to my leg, which looks a bit infected. The person nods and helps me carefully to the opening of the cave. “Come on, get in kid." He gestures to a cart, and I get in, probably a little nervous about getting wheeled in a shopping cart.
“So kid, do you trust me enough to let go of me?" The person who was holding me says. I take a deep breath and let go, as one of them start pushing me. “Hang on!" I hold to the edges of the cart, and I feel a a sudden push that sets the cart outside the doors of the building.
Once I get outside, its dark out, of course. The cart seems to keep on going and its not stopping until I feel the sudden jerk of someone pulling the cart to a stop. “Easy kid, you have to just learn how to let go." I take another breath calming myself down. He pushes the cart to a car, and pulls me out of it, to sit in the front seat. “Where are we going?" I say, confused. I get no answer, as the car suddenly speeds up....
