Chapter Five

(Kats POV)

Stepping off of the plane in Newark, New Jersey was something I wasn’t expecting to happen to me. I have never had an interest in New Jersey, well not until the boyz came along.

I raked the airport for a familiar face and soon saw GEO standing next to a really pretty girl. She must be another contest winner I thought. Better not try to steal Madison from me.

“Hi GEO, my name is Katerina Galespi. I won your contest?” I questioned, making sure this was reality.

“Katerina, it’s a pleasure to meet such a great talent!” He smiled and embraced me into a hug.

“You can call me Kat” I laughed and then turned on my heel to face the other contest winner.

“Hi Kat, im Gabbie” I smiled and stuck out my hand. “I don’t do handshakes” She chuckled and hugged me. Shes such an outgoing person, the complete opposite of me. I think we could become really good friends.

~2 hours later~

Apparently the last contest winners flight was delayed, so we decided to go and get some food while we waited.

“So Kat, which Boy are you crushing on?” I choked on my soda at Gabbie’s question. GEO was next to me laughing his ass off, and Gabbie was giving me the ‘questioning look’ by lifting one of her eyebrows. I couldn’t help it, I started laughing hysterically too.

Once I calmed down, I realized Gabbie wouldn’t let the question go, so I decided to answer it truthfully. “Madison” I spoke softly and looked up at both of them. GEO was smiling like a kid on a sugar rush and Gabbie had a look of…relief?

“Phew, I thought you were gonna try and steal my man!” She explained, flailing her arms all over the place. I love this girl already.

“And who is your man Gabbie?” I asked.

“why Vinny of course!” She smiled. I could see that happening. Vabbie? Vibbie? Gabinny? No, I got this. “GINNY!” I screamed out loud before coming to my senses and then clamped my hand over my mouth in embarrassment. Gabbie just started howling with laughter, having to clutch her stomach and tears of joy running down her eyes.

“I love it! New official ship names: Ginny and…urm….KADISON!” she squealed. GEO went to the bathroom a suspiciously long time ago, obviously not wanting to hear us talk about how sexy those boys were.

“YEAH BUDDY! Its perf!” I exclaimed, sipping my soda yet again. Just as we were finishing GEO came back and sat down, tapping away on his phone.

“Girls, the last winners flight just landed” He smiled. He still refused to tell us the girls name.

We all walked up to the area to wait for her, just as the passengers were let out. Soon we heard an amazingly gorgeous girl shriek as she ran up and hugged GEO. He was a little stunned, but soon hugged the girl back.

“You must be the other winner! Im Gabbie and this is Kat!” Gabbie said, smiling at the girl who looked a little out of sorts.

“Hi guys! My names Melinda, but you can call me Mel, Mellie Bellie, Mikeys future wife, anything is good” She laughed. This girl is really funny! I feel us all becoming great friends.

“GROUP HUG!” Gabbie screamed as she grabbed us and shoved us all into a huddle. We were all cracking up by this time.

Ive finally found where I have belonged. Im pretty sure this has the making for the best summer ever.
