Chapter four

Kian's POV

I will never beat her why would she say that. I guess she is still not over dad beating her. He would always get loud and beat her while she's having an anxiety attack. Sometimes she even ends up in the hospital. When I picked her up dad said he never laid a hand on her since I left. He was acting extremely nice and wasn't drunk...I don't think.

I run upstairs and see Kayla sitting on the bed clutching the covers with one hand and the other holding her neck.

"KAYLA ARE YOU OKAY"

"I-I......can't.....breathe......anxiety....attack....kian.....help"

Oh my gosh she is having an anxiety attack!

"Kayla remember what I've told you think Good thoughts come on let's go outside"

I walk her outside and tell her to run in place, think good thoughts, and breathe in through her nose and out through her mouth.

The boys come out and ask what's happening. I tell them I'll tell them later. They all walk inside and Jc comes and sits next to me.

"Kian why don't you accept us" he asks.

"I'm not dealing with you right now, exscpecially not right now" I say sternly with my jaw clenched.

"Why not right now"

"Because I said so go back inside"

"Kiki can I stop now" Kayla asks.

"Not yet it's only been 5 minutes" I reply.

"Please I don't think I can go anymore" She says.

"Kayla remember you have to run for 10 minutes till it's officially over"

"Dude she said she wants to stop let her" jc says.

"You don't get it she has to do this" I reply.

"Why"

"I'll tell you after 3 more minutes just go inside now"

He gets up and walks inside slamming the door. After 3 minutes I decide to let her go 5 more minutes just incase I mean it's been a while.

"Okay you can stop now kayla" I say after 5 more minutes.

I hear a loud thump and see kayla on the floor passed out.

"KAYLA PLEASE GET UP IM SORRY" I yell rushing her to the car. I lay her in the passenger and hop in the car. I begin my journey to the hospital, and on the way there I text everyone saying I took her to the hospital.
