The knock on my door pounded harder than my heart when it woke me from my sleep. "What?!" I called out. "Rise and Shine, The doctor will be here soon" said Rebekah from the other side of the door. I grunted. "Come on Klaus made chocolate hip pancakes" she said trying to bribe me to get up. It worked. I rose from my bed and opened the door, were I saw a dressed up Rebekah. "Let me get dressed" I said.
She smiled then left me at the doorway. I closed the door and searched through the drawers. I decided on a floral peplum top with a jean jacket and brown skinny jeans with brown combat boots with a slight heel. I pinned my hair back and kept my bangs forward, I kept it casual. I headed down stairs when it hit me, the smell of syrup and chocolate. I entered the kitchen expecting to see Rebekah, Elijah, and Klaus but instead I saw Klaus on a laptop and Rebekah was gone and Elijah was no where to be found. "Hey where are the pancakes?" I asked. Most of my cravings were sweets especially today. "Hold on" he got up from the stool and went to the refrigerator and grabbed a plate of chocolate chip pancakes. He set it on the table, he knew exactly how I liked them. I sat on the stool next to his as he put the plate onto the table. He handed me syrup and a fork and knife. He sat back down and I kissed him on the cheek "thank you" I said to him with a smile. He grinned as he went back to his laptop. "What are looking at?" I asked looking at the screen. He looked at me and said "Rebekah won't stop talking about picking out baby names, so to shut her up I've been looking into it" he said then turning his head back to the screen. "What names have stricken you as Hybrid baby worthy?" I joked with a smile. He laughed "for a boy I liked Gerard or Viktor. If it's a girl then Mina or Emerson" he said with a smile towards me. I had a face of disapproval on " I don't like any of those names" I said chewing on pancake.
"Ok then what do you suggest?" He said as his smile disappeared. "I like Lana for a girl and..." I had to think. "Baxter for a boy" I said smiling "No way are we calling our son Baxter" he said laughingly. "Hey... Okay well then how about Roman or Nathaniel?" I asked. "I don't know" he said turning back to the screen. "Wait... How do you know we're gonna have a son? What if it's a girl?" I asked trying to get him less mad at me. "Well if it's a girl my absolute favorite name is Priscilla" he said. I smiled "so Lana or Priscilla, can we decide after the doctors check up" he nodded.
