Prologue
Earth has long since been a place of disease and death, with people of all genres struggling to escape to the Milky way galaxy. At this point in time, neither or hero or heroine have been born, so until they are, I can spend some time explaining in detail to you the current and future state of the galaxy, to start off with, the first commercial spacecraft came into widespread use by 2073, the first planet to be colonised was Velnx, with a clean, oxygen rich atmosphere that could sustain human life, which was achieved in the year 3000. Progress was even quicker from that point onwards, with the Cryopod being created in 3006. Then came the discovery of other life-forms, many of which joined an alliance with the humans to advance and better life for everyone everywhere, as well as to discover new planets.
This is where our hero comes in.

And before you think this story is gonna be all sci-fi and stuff, read on past chapter 2 and be surprised and also angry that you read through a ton of "cannon fodder" to see if you were serious about reading.
