Mysterious sunglasses guy

Hailey's P.O.V

"And we danced all night to the best song ever, we knew-" I opened my eyes and quickly shut it off before my ears bleed even more. I debate for five minutes whether to get up or keep peacefully sleeping. I finally realized I just got a new job as a model and I need to make a first good impression. I have a big photo shoot for Pepsi today so I quickly get out of bed and jump in the shower.

After about ten minutes of shampooing, conditioning, washing my body, and shaving I was finally out of the shower. I open the door and I instantly get goose bumps.

"Fuck, why is it so cold?" I walk over to the thermostat and turn it up to 80 degrees. I walk over to the closet and try to figure out what to wear today. As I was about to pick out my skinny jeans, Zoey, my boss texted me.

"Hey girly, hopefully you didn't forget that you have a big photo shoot today, so just wear something comfy and don't worry about your hair or makeup, we'll take care of that."

Nice now I can dress warm, because right now it 17 degrees outside.

I reply with a simple "don't worry, I didn't forget, see you there." I walked back over to my closet and picked out leggings, and an over sized sweater, and a beanie to keep my head warm.

I walk into the kitchen and I was about to make some coffee, but then I realized that I could just go to Starbucks. I put on my vans, beanie, and heavy jacket and walked out the door. I locked the door, and turned around quickly running into someone.

"Oh my god, I'm so sorry, are you ok?" I say quickly looking up to see it's Matthew, my next door neighbor.

"Yeah don't worry about it." He stands up and blushes.

"Sorry about that, I was just trying to get to Starbucks, and you know white girls and there coffee."

He laughs, very deeply and says "Oh no, don't worry about me, I'm not a mad women trying to get to there coffee."

I laugh, "well see you around." and from there I walk away.

There was only one word to say about that,

Awkward

.............

I'm not surprised to walk into a very crowded Starbucks. I walk up to the counter and order a Caramel mocha, my favorite. I check my phone and have multiple notifications, but I only focus on the time. It's 10:43, and I need to get there at 11:00 I better get going.

I'm careful stepping out of Starbucks, because I'm basically known for bumping into someone. I walk out smiling because I did so well, but my smile jinxed me, and I ran into someone. I look up to see someone with big, dark brown eyes, and black hair, with sunglasses, which by the way, you can see through.

I know I don't know this person, but he just seems so familiar.

"I'm so sorry!" I say as he helps me up.

"No, I'm sorry, your the one who fell to the ground." He smiles at me and stares at me. I didn't realize I was holding his hand until he stopped staring at me and looked at our hands. I quickly pulled my hand away, and started blushing. Suddenly his phone rang.

"Sorry have to take this, hello?" he said into his phone. all I heard was a little bickering back and forth, and the last thing I heard was " yeah I'll be right there." He turned his attention back to me.

"I'm sorry I have to go." he told me disappointment in his eyes.

"That's fine sorry for running into you."

"No problem." he said winking, and from there I walked away.

My heart is beating so fast, and I'm nervous. I don't know why that guy had that affect on me, but he just did. The only other person who has had that effect on me is Matthew, but that was only when we dated. I know I've seen that person before, but I don't know where.

I need to find out the mysterious sunglasses guy.

I come running up to the front door of my work. I quickly open up the door and walk in.

"Hello darling, how can I help you?" The receptionist asks me.

"Oh I actually work here." I say nervously laughing.

"oh really, ID please." I seriously hate trying to get in here, there so strict, but i guess it makes sense because Its my first day here. But seeing how I need to get in here, I dig through my purse, and pull out my ID and show it to her.

"You're clear, go on up." She says in her fake British accent. That's another thing that reminds of him, and of him I mean that mystery man I bumped into on the streets. His was so thick and well cute.

Wow, I don't know how, but I need to find that boy.
