Chimon X Love Part 3

Love's POV

We held hands as we walked in and strangely, it didn't feel weird.

We went in the fortune telling room and sat down on the chairs provided.

" I'm sorry m'am but can we film this? "

The fortune teller smiled, " Sure, I'm assuming you two are celebrities or some sort of public figure? "

" Oh yes! We are, How did you know? " I said smiling excitedly.

" Psychic abilities...? haha i'm just kidding, I'll let you on a little secret.. A lot of celebrities actually come here. " She half whispered motioning us to come closer.

With that, Chimon and I looked at the camera with the oof face and then I placed the camera on a small corner of the table.

" Alright, So which one of you would like to go first? "

We both looked at each other then Chimon motioned me to start first.

" I'll go! "

" Alright miss, what would you like to know? Be it career-wise, family-wise, friend-wise or even love life! I can see it all. "  She said flashing a confident smile.

" I would like to know about my career and love life please. " I said slightly smiling to her.

Chimon was surprisingly silent throughout the whole ' event ', he was just sitting there listening to me and the fortune teller.

" Hmm.. okay, let me see what's in it for you.. "

After a moment of silence, She raised her head up with the expression that could either be worrisome or anticipated-

" For your career, I can see you soaring high especially in a few months from this, you will be at your top potential and you will be very content with the path you choose to take. As a public figure, you will experience some difficulties but I can see you are a strong person who can get through it. This year is really a year where your career will be at peak, there is nothing much to be worried about. " She said with a genuine smile.

I was very happy with every word that came out of her mouth, I can't wait for what's about to come! I turned to look at Chimon with the brightest smile I could pull off and he replied back with a i-knew-it face along with a smile that practically showed all his teeth. I can tell he's happy for me too.

" Thank you so much m'am. What about my love life? "

Her face suddenly got all scrunched up and she looked at me with a look that totally screamed oh no to me, I really started to get worried then. I was trying to figure out what her expression meant and the more I analyzed, the more worry it brought me but I couldn't help to know what it was too.

Then, I felt a hand on my shoulder, squeezing in gently. I turned and saw Chimon nodding encouragingly, trying to assure that everything was going to be fine.

I smiled then turned back to the fortune teller.

" What is it? Please tell me. "

" I have to be honest, I can see that you are lost, I feel like you are not in the path leading to where your destiny lays, but not to worry because not long after this, your path will be corrected to the path where you will meet the one you're really meant to be with. "
