I woke up to the sound of my blaring alarm clock.

"Ugh. just shut up already!" I mumbled, forcing myself out of bed. I made myself look descent and went downstairs, to see my roommates; Ashley, Jess, and Natalie.

"Hey" I said getting myself some cereal.

"Ayeeeeeeee" Ashley added. Natalie and Jess just laughed at our awkwardness.

"So what's on the agenda for today????" Jess asked curiously.

"Well me and (y/n) have absolutely nothing to do today" Ashley replied, as I nodded.

"Natalie????"

"Well, today is Wednesday.... I have a stream from 3 to 6..."

"Well.... it's 10am now..... LETS DO SOMETHING......FUN!!!" Jess shouted. We parted ways and got dressed. Natalie also set up her mic and other stream essentials, so that she wouldn't be late to the stream.
I put on, just a little, some make-up. I always, I guess you could say, despised make-up. when I put it on, it feels like I'm adding on 50 pounds.
I put on a black cami, black leggings, black UGG boots, and a long black sweater over the cami. 'why am I wearing all black today?' I thought walking downstairs.
(UGGs are disgusting, bc of the materials they use. if they had foe fur then maybe I would wear them more; I only wear them if nothing else matches my outfit.)

Ashley wore regular jeans, sneakers, and a T-shirt with a penguin on it. And might I say, her outfit was on Point. Jess wore jeans, sneakers, and a t-shirt she got from loot-crate. Natalie wore black leggings, boots, and a t-shirt she got from Loot-Crate, as well.

We headed out the door, into the misty spring Colorado air.

"Now where exactly are we going to go?" I laughed out.

"You'll see" Jess said with a smirk. Ashley and I exchanged glances, filled with fear.

"As long as we don't get raped, murdered, robbed, ect. I'm cool with it" We all laughed at Ashley's comment.

"And we have to be home by 2:30 at max" Natalie added.

Jess pulled out of the driveway and we were off.

Ten minutes have passed, and we were completely silent.

"Uh... we're going to get raped aren't we?" I broke the silence. Jess just laughed at my comment.

"No, I told you it's a surprise! But I promised we won't get hurt at all, in any way." Natalie sighed at Jess' comment, and switched on the radio. We sang quietly to the song that was playing.

"Don't stay strong for me--e,
I need you to help me change the inside,

And before we knew it....

"Okay! We're here! Finally!" Jess said excitedly.

"Yaaaaaay." Ashley and I said sarcastically.

"Hey! Quit it with the negative attitudes! This is bro time!" Jess joked, we laughed our butts off. stranger must of thought we were insane.

Then I finally took notice of our surroundings.

We were at a bookstore that had the most beautiful view and the best-selling books. It had old classics, and brand new releases.

The mountains straight in front of us, and a busy city behind us. it looked beautiful at night, it just leaves me speechless.

(True story bro, I wish I lived in NY bc city lights at night are sooooo pretty!)

"JESS THIS IS THE BEST BOOKSTORE IN WELL THE WORLD!" Ashley shouted.

We cheered with excitement.

We walked into the store. We ran into our good friend, Tiffany.

(MKAY BEFORE ANYONE GOES 'no, been there done that' I'm talking about ihascupquake, not Tiffany Kudrikow, Aleks' ex, I still watch her videos tho... she's cool... Sometimes it's weird watching her old videos.. MKAY BACK TO THE STORY)

"Omg! Hey!" Tiffany greeted, fixing her purple hair, with Mario(Red) following right behind.

"Hi! It's been forever!" Natalie whispered to Tiffany. We didn't want to seem like total typical white girls, anymore then we were and were acting like.

We made plans to catch up soon, and returned to our book hunting.

"Hey! Look! It's (favorite book)! You've been searching for this forever, right, (y/n)?" Natalie asked curiously.

"Yeah! I can't believe you found it!" I grabbed the book and walked towards Ashley, who was a lot quieter than normal, and acting.... different.

"Hey, anything wrong?" I asked concerned.

"Uh, no, not at all." she said staring at a boy he turned around and looked back at her. her eyes met the floor once more.

"Ohh.... Ashley has a crush I see!" I quietly teased.

"Shut up!" She 'yelled' while blushing a light shade of pink, like a rose petal. I giggled and apologized.

(It's too late to apologize, it's too late, ooooh whoa whoa ee yeah it's too late and oh oooooohhhh oh)

The boy started walking over to us.

"Uh... hi..... I'm Mitch"
(Sorry #mashley, but I ship merome a lot more, don't get me wrong, I just needed a name okay? Okay. But tbh, I don't ship mashley, it would be cute but no.)

"Uh.... hi.... I'm Ashley..." The awkwardness made me cringe.

"And I'm gonna leave you two to talk..." I said "bye" I sang and ran off. I nearly crashed into a really really REALLY hot guy. I stopped like I was about to crash into a wall. "oh my gosh! I'm so so so so very sorry!"

"No no, it's my fault, I'm sorry" the boy said.

"No, really, it's all my fault, I'm really sorry, really." I placed my hand out to shake his, " I'm (y/n)."

"Nice to meet you (y/n), I'm Greyson." he shook my hand.

"It's nice to meet you, too, Greyson" we giggled. then a guy called his name.

"Greyson! Greyson! Where the fricklefrackle did you go?"

"I gotta go..." I laughed at the awkwardness. I quickly handed him my number and walked away, blushing.

"Coming! " I heard him yell behind me. I continued walking until I bumped into Natalie.
