On the wing of the devil Villain Deku

Chapter 1 Midoriya

A/N Hey I'm Okami am this is a Villain Deku AU I thought I'd try my hand at one oh and this is a TodoBakuDeku fic.

In the recent months there had been a lot of news stories about the kidnappings of those with and without quirks.

There was also a rumour going around that The League of Villains were the ones responsible for them

The biggest story though was that of the mission UA student Izuku Midoriya who is assumed to be the 103rd victim.

The league had been taking people to use in experiments they were trying to see if they could manipulate the quirk gene in people to give them more power but so far they had been unsuccessful.

Almost all of their subjects died during the experiments and those who did not were severely dismembered maimed or heavily brain damaged.

Well that was of course until they captured young Midoriya for a long two and a half months they put him through horrible physical and mental tortures.

Deku survived the ordeal much to their surprise he even gained Telekinesis as a result of the experiments.

Though they were successful in their goals they didn't expect Izuku's mind to break sending him down the road of insanity.

For some reason it flipped a switch in the young heroes mind he broke free and went on a bit of a rampage throughout the HQ of the league.

Deku was enjoying his new found ability but what surprised the league the most was the fact that Deku was choosing to stay even though he had the power to leave.

Over time Deku had developed a hatred for the Hero's he once strived to be like.

Deku even overthrew the leagues leader Shigaraki and took to running it himself no one tried to challenge him because they were scared of what he might do.

Shigaraki fought him on this but soon came to regret his actions this gave Deku a chance to test his new mutated ability though he decided to keep him alive for the time being.

Deku ran the League with a bit of an iron fist anyone who stepped out of line or questioned him he killed them immediately and without question.

It had been just over six months since his original capture and in that time Deku had taken over the league and launched several well planned and vicious attacks on the city all to gauge how the heroes would react to different situations.

Deku worked diligently to exploit his old UA friends weaknesses and because of this the heroes were at at disadvantage.

Deku sat tapping his fingers on his desk in in a large dark office with an expression of boredom on his pale face.

"Hey Dabi how's your acting skills?" Questioned Midoriya to the other person in the room.

"What?" He simply replied in a very monotone voice

"Well I think it's about time we make a statement to the heroes of UA" The said with a slightly menacing smile.

Deku's plan was for Dabi and a few lower ranking villains to cause a disturbance in the city his role comes into play when the heroes start to turn up.

"Everybody knows what their job is...Keep civilian fatalities to a minimum but cause as much collateral damage as you want" Deku explained to the small group of six villains which included himself and Dabi.

Though Deku was now a villain he still didn't want to hurt innocent people just the heroes who make money and fame off of other people's suffering.

A few Heros came to fight the villains but were unable to do anything because they had a hostage but they didn't know who it was at first so they hung back to be cautious in case they harmed the hostage.
