Hope and the others are home for a few more days after a long semester. It's good to have the whole family together again but they have to go back to school soon. Although Nik and Hendrick aren't here. I have been told stories and I heard he was killed at a very young age and that is horrible. I finally had the courage a month ago to take off my wedding ring. So now I can move on.
I sat in a coffee shop with Ivy when this guy walks up to us "Hello, I am Zane, do you know where I can find a hotel?" he asked.
"Yeah" I said and gave him directions.
"Thank you" he said and smiled and walked away.
"Mom, he's hot" Ivy said.
"He is in a vampire, witch and wolf town, if he is human everyone needs to be careful" I said.
"Well, our family owns this town" she said.
"He is hot" I said and she laughs.
Later that day I went to the bar with Freya. We sat drinking when the same guy sits next to me.
"Twice in one day, new record" he said.
"Nice to see you again Zane.. I never introduced myself.. I'm Evelyn" I said shaking his had.
"Nice to you meet you" he said.
"So, how are you enjoying your stay so far?" I asked.
"I am now" he smiled which made me blush.
"Get him" Freya whispered into my ear and then she left.

He was leaning in and so I did the same. We kissed.
The kissed was long. Then we left to go back to his hotel room and you can guess what happened.
The next morning_______
I woke up and got everything together and left him a note with my number on it and went home. I walk through the doors and Keelin was there.
"Did you have fun?" she asked smiling.
"Yeah I did" I said and went to my room and took a nice long shower.
After the shower I got changed and went downstairs.
"This came for you" Elijah said and gave me a rose with a note on it.
I read it and it said 'I want to take you out tonight. Here is my number- Zane
"Aww he is so cute" I said.
"Yeah sounds like it, are you going?" he asked.
"Yeah" I said and looked down.
"What is it?" he asked.
"I feel guilt for going out with another guy when Nik is dead" I said.
"Don't be, You deserve to have some fun" he said.
"Yeah but the kids still need me" I said.
"They are not kids anymore" he said.
"I know.. Soon Hope will be off to college" I said.
"Enjoy yourself tonight" Elijah said and walked away.
Later that night I got ready.

That is my outfit. He texted me to meet him at a restaurant. As I walk in I see him and I sit donw at our table.
"You look beautfuil" he said.
"Thank you.. You don't look bad yourself" I said and we both laugh. We talk for hours until our food came. It was a good night. He drove me home becuase I had to tell him I took a cab when I atually ran here in vampire speed.
We get to the door and he kissed me goodnight and I walk inside to see Casey and Ivy wait.
"How was it?" Casey asked.
"Are you guys dating?" Ivy asked.
"Did he kiss you?" Casey asked.
"What did you eat?" Ivy asked.
"Ok girls, one at a time" I said.
"Ok, how was it?" Casey asked.
"It was great" I said.
"Are you guys dating?" Ivy asked.
"It was one date and I don't know" I said.
"Does he know about us?" Casey asked.
"No" I said hen paused "If things get really serious then yes" I said.
"If you don't get serious?" Casey asked.
"I will compel him to love me" I said then laugh of what I just said "No I will have to wait on the dating thing" I said.
"I am going to bed good night girls, don't stay up to late" I said and went to my room and feel asleep.
