(A/N)This story is going to be a Avengers x Harry Potter crossover so I hope you enjoy it :)
(I don't really read Harry Potter but I realized that a lot of people like this type of crossover so I decided to try it out.)

This story is just going to be about the Avengers finding out about Peter moving away,they haven't found out about his secret yet.That's going to be in part 2 (I'm really sorry)

Finally it's the day that I get to go back to Hogwarts!Let me explain : I am actually a wizard that went to Hogwarts for my first year but my aunt and uncle wanted me to go to a normal school for muggles and live in the muggle world.They wanted me to live a normal muggle life despite being a wizard cause they think that the wizardy life is too dangerous for me.
     I argued with them for hours till they agreed to let me return to Hogwarts when turn 16 for my 5th year if I can keep up with my muggle classes.That's the reason why I keep studying and studying,so that when I turn 16 I can go back to Hogwarts.
This year I turn 16,I'm finally able to attend Hogwarts!I can't wait to go back and see my friends again! I can't wait for school to be over!Just one last period and schools over!
I can't wait to see Harry,Ron,Hermione and the rest!!!
I can't to get back to my room.I can't wait to start lessons again.I can't wait to...

Oh no!I forgot!What am I going to tell Mr Stark and the rest of the Avengers?!How am I going to explain leaving New York for 3 years and not being able to contact them?How?How?How?You know what,I'll just leave the taking part for later.Now I just need to focus on what Mr Smith is saying and take down notes to revise for—oh...there's not going to be a muggle test for me after today.Honestly I think that I'm gonna miss this muggle tests when I leave for Hogwarts.Sigh~
'Mr Parker!Are you listening to me?'Mr Smith asked me,snapping me out of my thoughts.'Oh sorry,Mr Smith.'I said sheepishly.
'I don't want to catch you spacing out again Mr Parker.''Of course sir.'

'Ok school's over.Remember to submit your homework on my table before leaving.Mr Parker I want to talk to you.Stay back for a few minutes please.'Mr Smith said.Ned briefly glanced at me.'You go first,wait for me outside.'I mouthed to Ned,he nodded at me and left.
'Mr Parker,'he started.'I heard that you are leaving this school and transferring to another.I also heard that today is your last day here,is that all true?'Mr Smith looked at me expecting an answer.'Yes.It's all true.'I answered.
     The next thing he did shocked me.Mr Smith hugged me!I was rooted to the ground,not knowing what to do (and being that one nice kid) I awkwardly pat his back.
     'What school are you going to?'
'Uhhhhh...I can't tell you?'I said,more like ask.
'Oh,'he genuinely looked shocked and you can see the hurt in his eyes.'it's ok then.I'm not forcing you to tell me.I–I just hope that whatever school you go to,you enjoy yourself there.'
'Thanks Mr Smith.I appreciate it,and to be honest,you're my favorite teacher here.And if you could,can you do something about Flash.His been bullying me and I don't want him to change a target when I'm gone.'I requested.

'His too kind for this world.'Mr Smith secretly thought.(I mean he's not wrong )

'Ok then you may leave now.'Mr Smith said and dismissed me.I went out only to see Ned looking a little upset.'Dude are–are you seriously going to transfer to another school?' he asked me.'Yeah sorry for not telling this to you man.'I said.
'Come on let's go to the tower.'I told Ned.Being very upset,'ok.'was all he could muster.
------TIME SKIP TO THE AVENGERS TOWER CAUSE THE AUTHOR IS TOO LAZY------
'Welcome back Mr Leeds .'Dr Banner is waiting for you in his lab.'Friday said as we both scan in.'Ok.'Was his answer.With just a soft 'bye' and an almost unseenable(is this a word?well it is now)wave,he entered the lift and disappeared before my sight.
'Mr Leeds seemed a little upset,is everything alright between you two?'Friday ask.
'His just a little upset.Don't mind him.Anyways I need you to gather all the Avengers and ask them to meet me in the living room.'I told Friday.'Of course Mr Parker.' *sigh*'I told you to call me Peter.''Of course Peter.'

TONY POV
     Friday just informed me that Peter called for  all of us Avengers to meet him in the living room.I wonder what's going on?Peter never calls for a meeting.When I asked Friday what it is about,she only answered with a 'I'm sorry boss but I have no clue either.However Peter looked a little upset,Mr Leeds too.'
     Now that got me thinking and a little worried.
     When I entered the living room,I saw Peter sitting on the sofa looking a little glum.
     'Peter,what's going on?'I questioned him.
'I am uhhhhh...'He started.'I think it's best if we wait for to rest.'(lol it rhythms)
     'Oh ok.'I was shocked.Peter's acting super weird today.

PETER POV
     What am I going to tell Mr Stark and the rest?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?
     What's a good lie that I can make up in a few seconds time???
     Wha—'Hey Паук младенца are you alright?'

NATASHA POV
     I walk into the living room only to see Peter oddly quietly and sitting oddly straight.He only does that when his nervous or when he does something wrong.I wonder what he did wrong this time or where's the spider this time.
'Hey Паук младенца(btw for does who don't know,this means baby spider) are you alright?'I asked.
He jumped.
He jumped so high he stuck himself to the ceiling.And the ceiling is quite high if I do say so myself.
'Ah! мама паук(again this means mama spider)'He said un-sticking(?) himself from the ceiling.
'I didn't notice you there.'
OK now that's weird.Peter didn't notice me?He has spider sense and he didn't notice me?What is wrong with him today?

TONY POV
He didn't noticed Nat?!Something's definitely up with him.
I really want to ask him what's wrong but he'll just answer with the same statement.
     'Let's wait for the rest.'
~~~~~~~~~~~After eternity ~~~~~~~~~~~
NO ONE POV
     The rest of the Avengers finally arrived after what felt like an eternity when it was actually only 2 minutes.
     'So,what's this meeting about?'Steve Rogers (or as you know him as CaptainAmerica)asked.
'Yeah Pete.You never once called a meeting.'Clint Barton (or as you know him as Hawkeye)said.
'Ummmmmmm,I need to tell you guys something.'Peter started.'I'm actually going to move out of New York for 3 years starting tomorrow.'He said.
'W–what?!Your leaving tomorrow?!'The Avengers (except Natasha and vision [the only mature ones on the team])shouted.
'Why only tell us now?!'Wanda shouted.
'I'm sorry.I didn't want you guys to freak out like how you did just now.'Peter said.
     'Well that failed.'Sam Wilson (or as you know him as Falcon)said sarcastically.
Wanda decided to take a look into Peter's head for some information and confirmation.

WANDA POV
     I took a look into Peter's head but the odd things was I couldn't.I tried again but I still couldn't get into his head.I couldn't read his thoughts.That's new.
     'Stop trying.It's not going to work.'
     'Who–who said that?!'I exclaimed out loud.
     'Said what?'Birdbrain(Clint) said.
     I looked around and saw Peter discreetly smiling at me.
     'Peter was it you?'I asked out loud.
     'Was what me?'He asked with an innocent face while tilting his head slightly to the side.
     It can't be can it?It can't be him.Can it?

OK that's the end for this story.If there is any similarity to another story it's purely coincidence.
I'll be making a part two but I don't think it'll be soon,I still need to study so...
