Starting a day without brushing your hair sucks. It's out of place, It's tangled, and it looks like crap. What a way to start a Monday.

Especially when I just spent the entire weekend clean a god damn attic that's full of bugs and spiders and photos of me whenever I was a baby. Just thinking about anyone seeing those makes me wanna throw up.

So any who.....

Back to the wonderful world of Candy Robinson.

So as I walked onto the grounds of hell. I was greeted by the tackles if Dolly.

"Candy!"

I groaned as I got up. "Did you become a professional wrestler during the weekend? 'Cause I think I saw stars"

"No silly, I'm just happy your here!" She squealed like a bubblegum pop princess.

"Well I'm here in the flesh" I said as I did a dramatic twirl.

"Well I can see that" She sigh with frustration. "Anyways weres Katy?"

"I don't know I thi- " I was cut off by the sound of Skillet's song "Monster"

"Hold on" I told Dolly while digging into my pocket.

" Hurry up" She huffed like she has something better to do with her life. She didn't even say please!

I pulled out my phone to reveal Katy's contact image of her at her 13 birthday party with icing on her face. I smiled at the little memory before answering.

"Yellow?" I sing-songed

" Hey um I'm kinda going to be late." She said in a hurry. I can hear crashing and yelling in the background.

"Casey?" I asked

"Casey" she confirmed with a sigh " Hey don't touch that!"

All I heard was a crash and Katy yelling at her boyfriend. I stifled a small laugh.

"I'll be there soon!" She said quickly and then hung up.

I stood there questioning her chooses in boyfriends. Then I realized Dolly was still there tapping her foot with frustration.

"Well I guess Katy's gonna be late." I said.

"Again." Was all she said before she spun on her heels and left me in the hallway.

"I guess I'm alone." I sighed and started to walk down the hall. A few minutes later I walked into the door of the schools library.

The smell of books reminded me of my sister's love of reading. I frowned a little at this. " No matter" I thought and headed straight to the fiction area. I pulled out a new book by random. Inkheart the title read. I've never read this one before.

I headed to a table to read. There weren't many people in here. There were the normal people who try to get their homework done before class and also the people who are like me. Reading.

About 20 minutes of reading Inkheart, someone sat in front of me. I looked up and saw a guy sitting and staring at me.

"Staring is rude you know?" I said

"I know " he said without hesitation

"Then why do you start at random people?" I questioned

"Your not random"

I was a little confused about this." How am I not random? Have you watched me before?" I challenged

"No." Was his simple answer.

Then he just got up and walked away. I was puzzled. " Who the heck was that?" Then I looked down at the desk.

There was a slip of paper

I'm Riley.
