The sun is shining and everyone is out and about in West City. Gohan and his younger teenage brother are out shopping with Gohan's wife, Videl.
Goooohaaaaannnn, when are we gonna be done?" Goten whines. He and his brother sit on a bench outside of a clothes shop in the West City Mall. Gohan looks just as sleepy as Goten. He wipes the drool off of his face.
"I dunno, buddy. Whenever Videl is done shopping for baby clothes, I guess." He says.
"But, that could take a lifetime! She's been in there for hours already!" Goten exclaims. He stands up and stretches his arms and legs. "I've been meaning to train for the upcoming martial arts tournament. If I don't get strong enough, I'll never beat Trunks!"
Gohan looks at Goten, bright eyed. "Well, I'm sure Videl won't mind us going and training for a little bit." He says.
Goten jumps in joy. "Yeah! Afterall, she'll be in there so long she probably won't even notice we were gone!" Goten shouts!
"Shhh, Goten! She might hear us. Now, let's hurry and go!" Whispers Gohan.
Meanwhile in another part of the World.....
Two shady figures are standing before all seven of the Dragonballs laying on the ground. One is tall, while the other is very short. The taller figure raises his hands with the intent to summon Shenron, a dragon that emerges from the Dragonballs and grants any three wishes the summoner pleases. The Dragonballs glow and shake furiously. A giant beam of light shoots from the magical orbs and out appears the enourmous Shenron.
"What wishes have you summoned me to grant for you?" Asks Shenron.
The taller figure appears intimidated and does not speak. The shorter unknown person, however, steps up and speaks.
"We need you to do something for us. To bring someone back from the dead." Says the short man.
Shenron breathes heavily. "And who is it that you need to be brought back?"
The tall figure finally says something. "Our Emperor from long ago. He was killed by a low-class Saiyan Monkey!" He says.
"Yes. Our Lord Frieza. We want you to revive the great Tyrant leader from long ago, so that we may take hold of the galaxy!" Says the short man.
"Hmmm, I do not agree with your intentions, but there is not any reason against this wish. Therefore I must grant it to you. And for the other two wishes?" Shenron asks.
The two men smile at each other. "Yes, only one though. Increase Lord Frieza's power equal to that of a God!" Shouts the small man.
"Very well, then. Your wishes have been granted. If you have no third wish, then I bid you farewell." Shenron fades away into the darkness, and the Dragonballs scatter across the entire Earth. Suddenly, a shadowy force appears before the two men and takes the shape of a smaller being. The shadows fade and reveal the entity before them. Frieza, in his final form has been resurrected. He makes a small grin.
