"Lucky, come and blow your candles" my bestfriend Uriah said pulling me towards the table. "Okay, okay, I'm coming" I laughed seeing everyone sitting around the table as my face lit up. The table was draped in yellow decor with a yellow summer themed caked. As my cousins and friends wore matching yellow outfits with my face on it.
"Thank you mommy" I ran towards her as she picked me up. She kissed my forehead before placing me down "Your welcome and happy birthday princess" . As I sat down my mother scooted the cake closer to me as she lit the candles.
I took my finger and scooped up a small amount of icing before placing it on Uriah's nose. "Lucky" he said busting out laughing and I couldn't help but to laugh too.
"Lucky, get serious" my mom said popping my shoulder . "Ow" I groaned rubbing my shoulder. " Okay, one, two three, Happy Birthday to ya, Happy Birthday to ya, Happy BirthDayyyyyyy" I turned around and my father was standing there singing and I smiled. "Happy Birthday Princess" he sung as I ran up to him hugging him.
"Daddy" I hugged him as we walked back to the table. "I thought you was on tour" I looked up at him as I spoke. " I couldn't miss my only daughter's birthday" he handed me a gift as I sat back down before kissing me.
"Here Kingston" my mom handed him the cake cutter. As he cut the cake, he cut me the first piece before handing the other pieces out. As I was eating my older brother Jowel handed me my gift "Happy birthday babygirl" he bent down and kissed my forehead. "Thanks Jo" I said before hugging him and taking the present .
Jowel was my eldest brother . He recently just turned nineteen and is going to A&M University in Florida .
Once I was done eating, I grabbed Uriah's hand pulling him into the bouncy house. "Cmon bestie jump" I said while taking off my costumed LV shoes .
A hour later
"Lucky, could you see us together" Uriah said as we laid down in the bouncy house out of breathe. "I don't know" I shifted my body so it was facing him. "Well, we've known each other our whole life" he fiddled with his fingers.
"So maybe we're meant to be" he looked at me with a straight face sweat running down his brown skin complexion. "'Maybe" I looked at him making sure he was serious . He leaned in towards my face as I did the same and our lips met. It was a friendly yet comfortable peck.
We laid down in silent just looking at each other. Until my mom called the kids "kids come and get the goodie bags" she began handing them out as she gave one to each child . I got out the bouncy house carefully putting on my shoes making my way to my gifts: hand in hand with Uriah. "I love you bestie" I hugged him as I smiled "I love you too Lucky" .
Valentine's Day 2020
I woke up and reached for my phone realizing it was 2:45 pm. Since my professor canceled class because of valentines I decided I would just go over my boyfriend's house and chill.
I went to the bathroom grabbing a towel and rag before turning the water on hot. I stripped from my clothing before I got in and rubbed the dove lavender on my body. Once I was done I lotioned my body before placing on a white hoodie with roses on it, ripped jeans, and a pair of white VaporMax. After I did my hygiene I sent out a few text .
