Christies POV

I walked into the court and looked up into the defence to see the eyes of the two people i hated more than anything. My Mother and Father. I walked past them and sat down in my eat. Louis sat on oe side of me while Jay sat on the other. Jay reached out and held my hand, before the clerk told u to stand for the judge to enter. 

Judge Eliza's POV

"Ms Eliza, They are ready for you." My maid Jemma said. "Thank you Jemma" Today I had a case about a teenage girl. Quite frankly, I would rather she did not go back to her parents. They have records of abuse and the girl would be in danger. Plus, the girl adoptive dad is Louis Tomlinson, my cousin. He is a good lad, as are the other boys. But Well let us see what happens.

I walked into the Court and saw the gilr sitting by the boys. There was a boy holding her hand Boyfriend maybe?

"you may sit." The clerk said. I said "Lawyer for Defence up first."

"Yes my lady. Mr and Mrs Harvey were, at one point. Beleived to be abusing ms Harvey. However, this could not be proven and charges were dropped. They would now like their daughter back but their daughter now legally belongs to Mr Louis Tomlinson. So I would like to bring the first person to the stand, Mis Chritiana Tomlinson." 

Christie made her way up to the stand and I looked at her and smiled. She smiled shyly then looked back down at the lawyer.

"So Ms Tomlinson. Could you please, in your own words, tell us what your life was like before?"

"Um Yeah sure"

"When I was five, which was when the abuse started, My father pushed me down the stairs then proceeded to kick me until i fell unconcious. When I woke up I was alone in a hospital. They said I had fallen down two flights of stairs. I had two broken ribs and a fractured wrist. Then when I was eight, my mother and father turned up drunk with two other men and that wa the first night I was r-r-raped." By this point she was in tears. 

I looked up at the stands to see her mother and father smirking, clearly this was the truth.

"Objection, my lady, The child is clearly upset. There is no doubt that this os the truth o how could they be good parents for her?" the lawyer for the defence of Christie said.

"Is there anything you would like to say Mr and Mrs Harvey?"

"Yes. We were like that but that was a while ago and we have changed. Please dont take our baby from us." Mrs Harvey pleaded. But I could see right through her. All she wanted was someone to abuse again.

"The court rules in favour of Mr Louis Tomlinson. The child is now legally yours and no-one can take her away. As for Mr and Mrs Harvey. You will be sentanced to seven years in jail for Child abuse, plus a restraining order."

I stood and left the chamber.

Christies POV

Oh my gosh. I cant believe it. I belong to Louis. I turned and hugged jay then turned to louis and he pulled me into his arms. I love louis, and the boys they are my brothers and I love them all
