Professor Komodo sat in her office and massaged her temples. A student had gone missing, and it looked all the more suspicious that he was close to the girl that died.  She had taken over for Professor Snape when he had run away. She had taken over Slytherin head of house as well as potions. Teaching Slytherin and Gryffindor together had been an absolute nightmare, there was always Malfoy and Potter sitting at the back together, then Nott and Zabini always mucking about, then there was Weasley, Thomas, and Finnegan arguing with the remaining Slytherins.

Well, that's how it had been, before the boy was missing, now Nott was deadly silent. He had lost his two best friends in the space of a couple of months and was getting closer to the girl, Jamie. It was all very complicated.

"Professor?" She looked up, " I think I found something."

She followed the first year out to the forest. She looked down and saw Blaise Zabini's dead body. She thought about her options, this could ruin the school! This couldn't get out.

She whipped around, "Stupify!" The first year fell to the ground. She looked at the body, "Bombarda!"

She picked up the first year and carried her up to the castle.

She left the first year in the hospital wing. She swept into the great hall and took her place.

"What do you mean she destroyed it?" The man yelled.

"I'm sorry, It wasn't my fault!" Jamie said sobbing. The man turned around and bent down so he was looking directly into her eyes. With a sharp crack he had hit her in the face.

"Don't give me that bullshit. Of course it was your fault and you deserve this. Repeat after me, I deserve this."

"I deserve this." Jamie whispered in between sobs.

"LOUDER." The man demanded.

"I deserve this." She said.

"Again." He said.

"I deserve this." She said loudly.

"Better," the man said smirking, "Crucio."

She screamed all night in that chamber. She prayed for the Easter holidays when she could give up this charade of being cruel, being mean, and go back to her family.

Professor McGonagall walked into the Azkaban prison and shivered at the dementors.  She stepped towards the child ward. She saw the boy sitting there, his eyes blank orbs staring into' the distance.

She sighed to herself, how could she have let this innocent boy, this eleven year old go to Azkaban. The wizard prison. She knew she had to get this boy out of Azkaban.

Theo was angry. He didn't know where his best was and he was aggravated. Blaise had been officially reported as missing and if Theo lost him aswell he didn't know what he would do. At least he had Jamie. She was so sweet! She really couldn't hurt a fly.

He stormed down the corridor looking around for something, anything that might lead him to his best friend. He stopped down a hallway and felt a tear fall down his face. He leaned up against the wall and fell through. He looked around him. He was in a room with a bed in the center and a row of books on one side. He sat down and cried. He could not deal with this anymore. He had acted fine since Hermione died. He had been strong, he had helped others, and now Blaise was missing and possibly, he gulped he did not want to imagine the worst. His only friend at this point was Jamie.

"Professor! I need to see Draco. I don't think he killed her. He would never hurt Snape. He was so close to her. They were practically twins!"

"Calm down Mr Potter, I do not think he did it either, but it would take quite a bit to convince the Minister, or Dumbledore for that matter." Professor Mcgonagall replied swiftly.

"But  Professor, what are you going to do?" Harry replied panicking.

"Potter, leave it down to me, but I do ask you to be wary, you may be friends with some of the Slytherins, but when you defeated you know who, on that night, you made a lot of enemies, so just watch out."

As Seamus and Dean walked into their detention grumbling. Why would filch send them into this detention? It was the dead of night.

Suddenly there was a flash of green light and Dean was alone. He whimpered.

"Seamus? Where have you gone?"

Silence.

There was another flash of green, and the forest was once again quiet, apart from the movements of someone flying away and the crunch of leaves and twigs.

The next morning the hall was alive with whispers and murmurs when the daily prophet arrived with the news on the headline.

"Sirius Black and Bellatrix Lestrange escape from Azkaban with new inmate Draco Malfoy."
