C H A P T E R 7

-𝙿𝚕𝚎𝚊𝚜𝚎, 𝚝𝚛𝚞𝚜𝚝 𝚖𝚎. 𝙸 𝚠𝚘𝚞𝚕𝚍 𝚗𝚎𝚟𝚎𝚛 𝚋𝚎 𝚠𝚒𝚝𝚑 𝚜𝚘𝚖𝚎𝚘𝚗𝚎 𝚎𝚕𝚜𝚎-

Wanda's POV

That night I was on the balcony of my room, a cup of tea in my hands.

Loki had been busy all the day with business for becoming the new king but he would have come back quickly and I really needed to talk with him.

Suddenly a pair of arms were around my waist and a pair of lips were on my neck.

-Sorry, I have been busy today- he said.

-Why?- I asked.

-Well, becoming the new king needs practise etc- he said.

-No, I meant... Why did you kissed Katherine?- I asked.

Loki froze and I turned to look at him: he was confused, like if he didn't know what I was talking about.

-What are you talking about?- he asked.

-The night of the party, our last night on Earth. You kissed her, she showed me the photo- I said.

-I remember talking with her but I never kissed her, I swear!- he said -I would never do that!-.

He looked sincere but I knew he had a past where he enjoyed staying with a lot of different women.

-Please, trust me. I would never be with someone else- he said -I love you, you know that-.

-Yes, I know- I said -Sorry if I...-.

-Shh it's ok- he said kissing me -I'll talk with Katherine, I'll try to discover what she wants to do- he said and I nodded.

The next day I was with Stephen since we kept having lessons.

He was helping me a lot with my powers and finally I was controlling them very well.

-You look worried, what is happening?- he asked.

-Nothing, it's...- I said.

-Loki? Did he do something?- he asked.

-There is a girl, Katherine, who showed me a photo of her and Loki kissing. Loki said he didn't kiss her but...- I said.

-I am sorry...- he said.

-It's ok, I... I believe him- I said.

-You sure? He is always Loki and we all know what he is the God of- Stephen said.

I sighed, he was really exaggerating.

-You don't know him, I already told you. Stop telling me what is better for me- I said.

He took my wrist and pulled me closer to him.

-Please Wanda, listen to me. He is not good for you- he said.

Then he did something I never expected: he kissed me.

I pulled away and slapped him.

-This is the last time you see me- I said and walked away.

Loki's POV

-What did you do?!- I yelled at Katherine -Nothing happened between us!-.

-But Wanda doesn't know that- she said smiling -And she knows about your past-.

I was so angry! Katherine wanted to make Wanda doubt about me.

-I swear, if you do something to her I...- I said.

-You what? She is not asgardian, she is not protected by our laws- she said.

-No but she is going to be your Queen. And if you hurt your Queen...- I said.

-I am really curious to see what you are going to do- Katherine said smiling and left.

I had to stop her, but most important I had to marry Wanda as soon as possible before she did something to her.
