It was a hard day today, your annoying English teacher, Mr. Dover, had given you infinite stacks of homework. As you arrive home, you notice a kid. He has a peanut-shaped body, black hair that went straight up, and a prodigious nose. You shake off the feeling of suspicion. Maybe he was just a new kid, but you have never recalled seeing him before.

At 8:50am,  you arrive at school. Everything looks mundane. You just hear a bit more gossips from another hallway, but you stare in confusion, as if this wasn't supposed to be regular high school attitudes.

"The new kid, he's strange."

"I think he's rather hot."

These are the only statements you can identify, but you don't know the voices. You think that they're familiar. Mercy-Bella and Kirsten? Probably with Marley, too. Besides that, you brush it off your shoulders. English class with Mr. Dover starts. You grab your textbooks from your locker, lining up in the hallway with the rest of your class. Switching classes was always annoying to you.

Mr. Dover explains the differences between imperative and declarative sentences, teaching us how to diagram sentences at the same time. You start thinking about the kid you saw on the way home yesterday. He did look the same age as you, so could the new could possibly be him? You decide to listen to your senses, so most likely. Class ends, and you return to your normal class. Your teacher, Mrs. Malemn, calls a new, unfamiliar name, to come up and introduce themself.

"Hamood, Habibi"

Is all he says.
