you were at a party with your best friend harrison -who you were secretly crushing very hard on- and his brother anderson, who you were also very close with.
you saw harrison talking to a girl you didn't know but he seemed very close with and you felt a pang of jealousy shoot through you.
anderson came to stand next to you and looked at them too "are you okay y/n?" he asked you, since he was the only one who knew about your crush on harry "yeah im absolutely great" you said sarcastically.
"i don't even know who that girl is, i'm sure you have nothing to be jealous of" anderson told you as you scoffed "doesn't seem like it" you then saw harrison glance at you and andy from across the room and gave you a small smile, you rolled your eyes and looked away.
harrison looked at anderson with a confused expression as andy shrugged, harry then walked towards you, once he reached you and anderson you walked outside and away from them.
harrison asked his brother what was wrong with you but andy told him that it wasn't his place to say and harry should ask you himself.
once he walked outside he saw you leaning against a tree and walked towards you "what's wrong y/n?" he questioned and you sighed
"nothing harrison just leave me alone" "we both know that's not true, what's wrong? we're best friends, we should tell each other this type of things!" he began talking louder.
"that's just it! we're only best friends!! you really don't get it? do you?" you started yelling now "no i don't" "i love you harrison!!" "i wish with every fiber in my body that i didn't, but i do" "i do love you!"
he stayed silent as you realised what you had said "and now i've ruined it, i ruined our friendship" you mumbled as you took a few steps backwards.
he suddenly walked towards you and grabbed your face in his hands and put his lips on yours. you immediately kissed back and he pulled away a few seconds later, it was a soft and sweet kiss "i love you y/n" "really?" "yeah i do, i love you so so much"
this time it was you who initiated the kiss and and it really showed all the love between you guys. after you both pulled away you hugged him and stayed like that for a few more minutes
before anderson came outside and yelled "are you guys okay now?" "yeah we are great" harry yelled back.
after that the three of you went to their house and you stayed the night, like you did a lot of times before but this time with knowing harrison loved you back, the same way you loved him.
you laid in his bed, with your head on his heart and his hands in your hair. as you drifted of to sleep you heard him mumble "i love you so much" and with that you fell asleep with a small smile on your face
