10.11 Unwanted Castle

      Sitting in a couch, Sheen eyed lazily her happy go lucky uncle. He always had this smile on his lips but the depths of his eyes told her otherwise his well kept danger.

"Since when do you know that I am another host to this world?" he ask half amuse.

"Hmm. Let me think?," she said tapping her chin. "The time when you enter the story but supposed not. When you switch Dr. Shelly to my mother and let her pretend to be Dr. Shelly to get close to me and my father again. To uncover her secrets by marrying the true Dr. Shelly in front of her and when I supposed to get killed by the female lead but failed every time,"

Jonathan's smile turn into laughter. He just stop when he faced Sheen's cunning eyes looking at him.

"Well, the cat is out the bag. What else I can't hide from you?"

Sheen's eyes turned sharp as she eyed the seemingly stupid man. "What is her purpose of coming back to our life?"

Jonathan move his swivel chair back and forth. 
"What else a mother wants? She wants to go back to her family and redeem herself"

"Then, i won't believe it," Sheen said gnashing her teeth. She stand up and walk towards the door when Jonathan laugh. Her hand fist tighten, how she hates his laugh. She feel like it was coming from the depths of the earth.

"Do you know her story?" he said that made her hand stop from opening the door. "In every world you jump in, do you care about the stories of others? Freda Madrid Colt, have you ever look for her story? The reason why she was like this towards you?"

Sheen look back and glared at the man. She sat back to the chair in front of him and cross her legs. "Wise uncle, you got my interest. Tell me, what do you know about her?" 

Jonathan smirk. "If I told you, what will I have in return?"

Sheen arched her brows. "Let's hear it"

"Fine!" he sighed exhausted. Now that he thinks about it, he wants now to go to his wife and have a time with her but this midget was taking his time and their bonding moments. "You will not have any relationship with any other guy until the age of 24", because that's is his mission. Not let this little devil have committed in any relation until the right time.

She think for a time and pause for the sake a crazy man. "Deal,"

                 After coming out of the office, Sheen read the profile of her mother. It seems that this original's body mother went into traumatic condition. She was so close to her family that the sudden lost of her parents take a great toll on her and that is her sanity. The result is Freda Madrid never wanted to get close to her husband and daughter because she doesn't want for them to get closed to her. She had a disease which she hide in result of taking money from Joseph which she shows as scheming. Thinking about dying, she never want them to suffer from the pain that feels before, who would have ever pity a scheming dying woman? But after Sheen's accident, Freda had her wake up call. She wants to take care of her daughter, save all the time she wasted before to be with her but Joseph's parent never allowed her to entered their life again. So with the help of Jonathan, she pretend to as Dr. Shelly Rill, Jonathan's girlfriend and her best friend.

         What she didn't know is that her husband love her to the extent of following her every move. Even though he doesn't felt her love for the past eighteen years his love is still unyielding. And only to her does his world seems stop, not to anyone and not even to secretary Brown.

Sheen hold the railings of the stair when she felt that her cheeks are wet. She touch her cheeks and murmured with a confused look in her face. "I'm crying"

Meanwhile, in a crowded reception place. Leo lean on the wall with a gloomy look on his face. Every women in that place wanted to approach but stops when they saw the dark aura coming from him.

"Why did she reject me? Am I that old? Why?"

When Dr. Shelly find about this, she laugh at her nephew. "Crazy kid, should you wait for her! She's just sixteen and she's too young when you last met. How could she remember you? Try to wait and court her properly,"

"But how can I?" Leo asked dumbfounded. All his life, it was he who had been chase by pretty ladies. He just ignored them for the sake of his woman.

"Silly boy, then do something. Little Sheen isn't like those woman who'll just throw themselves to you. If you do nothing then think that it's the end road for the two of you,"

Leo look grim at her last line. "Then what can I do?"

Dr. Shelly laugh and point out her man who just came out from his office then to Joseph's talking to Freda. "You should asked them"

He look at them and felt a headache form in his head. Why do he felt that courting his wife will be impossible for the next eight years of his life.
