And i cant trust anything now.
~ Haunted (by Taylor Swift)

She's not whom they think she is. That's what Sasha have on her part as an advantage. Whilst, those people whom she's going to befriend are already well studied.

On her hand, is her schedule for the rest of the year as a senior student. Her last year as a high school student. After talking with the Principal's Secretary, Sasha went straight towards the hallway where the lockers are located.

The school is still deserted, so she didn't had a hard with finding her locker, with all the quiet surrounding and spacious way. She could think very clear about what she was supposed to do. Even if she already have it all figured out, she still need to add some final touches.

096. That's her number. Just five lockers away from Caroline's...and it wasn't a coincidence. She was actually asking for the locker just right next to her cousins, but it was already taken so she have to bare with the vacant.

Rolling the lock numbers, she combined her combination before pulling its metal door open. As expected, the space is empty. Well, besides the sticker of the Eiffel Tower on the door.

Dumping the six different kinds of books inside her locker, she then went down on her backpack and pulled out some notes and also dumped it in. Getting the books for her first two subjects, she then closed it back before heading to her homeroom.

"Hey." A voice echoed through the empty hallway sync with running footsteps, trailing behind her. But still, Sasha didn't bother to glance. She just kept on walking until she heard the voice again, nearer this time, and a hand was over her shoulder. Forcing her to already look behind.

Taking in the appearance of the peace intruder. Sasha fights off the mean look that she was supposed to flash and gave a small smile instead.

"I've been calling out. Didn't you hear that?" the girl said, flipping her hazelnut hair behind her shoulder. Being the observant girl that she is, Sasha managed to examine the girl without letting her notice. Deep brown eyes, pale white skin, a bit curvy, with at least the height of 5'5. Black mini-skirt, white shirt topped with a purple cardigan.

Charlotte McLane. One of the students she's been studying for the past three days. Its already three days since she landed on the soil of United States of America. Three days after Miranda broke down. And in that three days, she's been digging for more info, secretly while trying her best to keep a low profile.

That's why she declined Glenn's offer when he said that she should stay at their house. The Martin's is a high-profiled family in the town, since they are one of the founders. Its a big possibility that when she stay there, the news would quickly spread around about her. And she can't have that at the moment, she needs to focus on finding Caroline.

"Oh, yes. I'm sorry, I was thinking that it wasn't I whom you're calling. And I don't wanna embarrass myself," Sasha said with a smile. As much as she hates doing this, she needs to befriend the girl. Who knows what she's hiding behind those brown orbs.

"Yeah. I was just curious, you know." Charlotte said and tilted her head as she examined the new girl thoroughly. "Are you a transferee?"

Sasha nods her head and answered, "Yup. I was just actually finding my homeroom. Oh, where are my manners..." Sasha said, fakely. Be smooth. "I'm Sasha."she said, holding out her hand to Charlotte.

Replying the Sasha's smile with a smile, Charlotte accepted her hand and shook it lightly. "Charlotte McLane." she said. "Homeroom? Can i see your sched?"

"Here," Sasha nodded and handed her the piece of paper towards Charlotte. While she scanned the paper, Sasha mentally reminded herself to literally give the girl a thank you. That way, there's a big chance that she can easily get in Charlotte's good part.

"Oh,goodie. We got the same room. Come on, i was just on my way." Charlotte said, handing Sasha her sched and they both walked away. Passing by a couple of students as soon as the clock hit 7:30.

Charlotte and Sasha walked in silence, with Charlotte busy fidgeting with her phone. Sasha took the time on studying Charlotte, now that she's already seeing her in personal. They rounded up the corner and was met by a blonde girl.

"Oh,Shaina. You're early...as always." Charlotte said in a tone that made Sasha's eyebrow raise. She said it in the most sarcastic way there ever could. So, it just confirmed her researches. The shy Shaina Scotts and the Queen Bee Charlotte McLane is nowhere close to being friends. Yet, they both belong to the list of suspects that Sasha had compiled.

"Charlotte, you're early...surprisingly." Shaina bit back. It was meant to be said also in a sarcastic way, but being the shy girl that she is. Shaina said it cooly and continued her way out of the space of a student like Charlotte McLane.

But Sasha know more, she can tell that Shaina is not who people thinks that she is. The physical appearance of a person doesn't really fully symbolize him or her, sometimes its the opposite, and even more worse.

"Bitch," Sasha heard Charlotte whisper under her breath while they walked again. But the frown on McLane's face vanished and was replaced by a smile as she look up at Sasha, who also quickly wiped off her crunched forehead. "That was Shaina Scotts, she was the school loser, as they call her."

"Oh." Was all Sasha could matter before Charlotte stopped infront of a door and pushed it forward.

"This is it, you could wait here 'till the bell rings. I just have some matters to take care of. Good to meet you,Sasha. You could be with my circle." Charlotte said and disappeared out if the room, leaving her in her thoughts.

At last,Sasha thought. She could finally heave a sigh and sit in silence as she tries to figure out about what just happened. Charlotte McLane, big check. Shaina Scotts, check. Four more to go.

Looking around the room, she rolled her eyes and stood up from the desk. She ain't going to just sit here and wait for those tardy teachers. She still have four more to figure out. There's no time to waist, might as well take care of her matters. Walking out of the room, Sasha inwardly smirked as she mentally put another check in her checklist.

"Um...Good morning?" Sasha said, meekly. Stopping on her feet, looking at the girl standing before her, trying to act like the new-transferee-girl-of-the-campus.

Trisha Lawrence. The Captain of the Cheer Squad. Usually, the Cheering Captain is supposed to be the School Queen Bee. But not Trisha, everyone in New Falls High School is totally against it, believing that a Captain should be blonde. Not black haired. Pft, that is high school. Pathetic.

"Good morning...too?" Trisha answered, rather awkwardly. She looked at Sasha from her head-to-toe not caring if she's seeing what she's doing. Not bad,Trisha thought. She have the lean figure that she's looking for a cheerleader. Question is,does she know how to dance?

"I'm Sasha," she introduced herself and offered a hand. But compared to Charlotte, this girl didn't took her hand to shake it. She still stood on her ground, initializing everything about her physical appearance.

"You look physically good, know how to dance?" Trisha asked out of nowhere, but Sasha was already expecting that. She read from the bulletin board that she passed by earlier, that the cheer squad is open for auditions.

"Sorry to disappoint you but I don't. Dancing is really not my thing," Sasha answered. That wasn't a pretend answer, that was a hundred percent fact.

"That's a shame. Well, see you around then." Trisha said and pushed her way inside room. Without throwing a glance back at Sasha.

That was really a waste. Being able to be part of the squad means being a part of Trisha's circle and that'll be equal to deeper information. But that chance isn't so big, being part of the squad isn't too big compared to being part of the gymnastic team where Trisha is also a member.

Three down, three more to go.
