Personality| Souta is a casual introvert. They're often quiet and thoughtful, but they know how to hold a decent conversation. They're almost always labeled as straightforward and honest, though that honesty may lead to their downfall sometimes. They're so straightforward that they're not so hard to read. If Souta doesn't like you, they don't like you. If they do, then you'd know immediately! Souta's usually wary of meeting new people, especially the sketchy ones. Their guard is almost always up since they used to live near the slums and dark areas of their town. That usually automatically means that they've had their fair share of experiences with crime and such. Though they're trustworthy and loyal to those close to them, don't be fooled. Souta can and will ditch you in their times of need, especially if they see you as insignificant in their life. Souta's thoughtfulness would crash the roof if it were anything about their crush. They want to make him/her happy, even if they haven't confessed. Souta can be. . .dependent and affectionate at times. They don't necessarily have a reason, "it just happens." On the flip side, they feral when mad. Their eyes would be wide and bloodshot, eyebrows furrowed, teeth grit, you get the gist. Though the only time you'd see them like this is either in battle, or when they're super-stressed a̶n̶d̶ ̶d̶o̶n̶'̶t̶ ̶h̶a̶v̶e̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶i̶r̶ ̶d̶r̶u̶g̶s̶ They're a memer. They quote a lot of things, especially inside jokes. Pretty fun to be around actually.
Appearance| Souta has fair smooth skin with reddish-rosy cheeks. Cheeks as in like Ochaco's, but they're more circular and are actually where your usual cheeks would be. They have short denim blue hair (short like a boy's haircut) and pretty pale blue eyes.Fears| Souta hates lacking. Whether it be a skill or the fact they don't have time or strength, they hate it. Time limits also take a toll on this kid's mental state since it's practically been ingrained into them that if they're too late they might die.
Flaws| Souta is terrible at team efforts, mainly because he literally ditches people when they feel that they're in danger. Though seeing people who actually trust them makes them melt, the only problem is that they have no sense of when. They could literally be in a deathmatch and suddenly hesitate at the feeling that someone trusts them. Basically, don't say you trust this kid.
Outfits| A green cardigan on top of a black longsleeved shirt and brown cargo pants are their casual clothes.
Souta's hero outfit is pretty casual I suppose; they have a dark gray torso with black sleeves and leggings. They also have a short scarf, tinted circular glasses, gloves, and boots in which are all green. A utility belt is also included (also green) that stores an assortment of drugs, Souta made this at home so that they wouldn't get apprehended. Their gloves have these bracelet things that can inject certain drugs into their bloodstream, Souta also tampered with that at home.

Quirk Description| Emitter type quirk! Psychic Frog lets the user have various psychic abilities, depending on some unique foreign factors. It also gives them frog-like features. This is a result of a quirk marriage. In general, the User has a long tongue, can swim well, and jump really high. Through a deeper analysis, the User has: Psychokinesis, activated by a low feeling. (Souta uses Pinks/Depressants) Telepathy, activated by various high feelings. (Souta uses Heavens/Hallucinogens) Mood Control, activated by lust or arousal. (Forget-Mes/Sex Drugs) And Psychic Beams/Rays, activated by adrenaline. (Fairy Dust is a fictional drug I made that heightens energy and adrenaline)
Drawbacks| The strength of some abilities depends purely on their specific factors required. For instance, the User's Psychic Beams would be weak or nonexistent if adrenaline wasn't exactly flowing throughout their body. The frog part makes them weak to high or low temperatures. (In Souta's case, they're weaker against the cold since they trained their body to get used to extreme temperatures)

Class| 1A. Souta probably would stick around a bunch of other (seemingly powerful) examinees and go for the kill once the unsuspecting person weakened or battered the enemies. He also probably got exactly 75% of the test right, so he isn't too high nor low either.
Backstory| There isn't much to it, Souta grew up pretty fine and all that. But some things led to another, like how their parents were only caring for their child because of their quirk, which caused Souta to leave. Back then, Souta classified as female. She had semi-long hair, wore skirts and heels, that gig. Though once she thought that females are often classified as 'less-capable', she decided to go with a 'in-between' sort of thing. Souta, like any other kid, was really into heroes too. Though this was the first time in her life she was actually totally passionate about wanting to do something. That something is being a hero. They kinda made a bet?? With Damian?? That if Souta succeeded in becoming a hero Damian would let them stay at his house for as long as they'd like?? Something like that.
