Waking up to another morning alarm and my mom yelling at me to get up and get ready for school
Ughhh why is there such thing as school I mutter to myself
Okay well I got to get up at some point cause if not then I'll stare at the ceiling all day
I decide to straighten my hair
And put a white shirt and some black jeans , grab my bag and grab my keys and before I walk out the door I hear my mother coming down the steps
"Hun don't forget you have a doctors appointment tomorrow after school" she said and I just nodded and shut the door as I'm walking down the drive way I hear someone yell from down the street
"HEY LIV"
I know that voice from anywhere
"hey Ashley" I nudge her arm a little I've known her since we were 3
"So you excited? first day of 9th grade and you might see Devon"
She does a face as in a ooolala face
I tell her to shut up as we get onto the bus to school
As I'm sitting I am ignoring everything she's saying but I'm thinking of him
Devon.
Last time I saw him it was last day of 8th grade and he asked me to the dance and we went together and I had my first kiss.. he lives another block over so we live pretty close together I've had a crush on him since well.. since me and Ashley met but he went away too camp over the summer
But I don't know As we pull up to school my thoughts get disturbed cause Ashley is pulling me off the bus
"Ughhh do I have to come on the first day?" I ask
"Uh yes, yes you do cause one you're going into high school hello?!! Party's and everything now come on we got first period" she said back
We make it to first period
And sit down together but there's one more seat And at that very second time froze I looked to the right and there he was Devon he looked around
And then our eyes met my stomach flew upside down and like god punched me in the face Ashley pinched me and called over Devon to sit with us "hey Devon how was You're summer?" She asked him
"Hey ash and my summer was pretty good" he answered
"Hey liv" he says right after
I stop being zoned out and look up to see his face wow he changed he got taller and looks handsome.. omg stop liv you're making a fool out of yourself
"uh hi Devon" seriously Hi Devon?!?
Could be more stupid? Anyways an hour passes and the bell rings and it's time for next period as we get up I decided to grow a pair of balls and ask him if he wanted to hang out with me at my house after
"Yea sure I'd love to I'll meet you at the bus after school and at lunch bye liv"
I wave bye and start walking
Oh shit I forgot I have to sign up for something I look at all the activity's and see music.. my dad wanted me to sing when I got to high school he works away.. but I guess I could give it a shot?
Auditions at tomorrow after 1st period after I sign up I start going to second period as I'm walking I bump into someone
"Omg I am so sorry" I say
"No it's find" a guys voice responds
I look up and see a handsome guy
We stare at each other before I got all my books and he clears his throat "I'm Aidan nice to meet you" he puts his hand out for me to shake I reach and shake his hand
"Liv" I say " oh nice to meet you liv you're very pretty hope to see you around" he said and he winks at me before he goes off in.. the way I'm .. supposed.. to go anyways I get to second period finally and he's in the same class He walks over to me and sits down next to me "so.. I guess we meet again" he said
"Yeah I guess we were destined to get" I say and laugh
That gets a little chuckle out of him
"Soo uh you busy on the weekend?" He asked..
"Why? You asking" I say and look him in the eyes he bite his bottom lip
"Well you wanna hangout?" He asked me
"Oh as in a date?" I say I kinda like him he's smooth and cute
"Yeah as in a date" he said
"Sure text me here's my number give me the place and time and I'll meet you " i say and hand him my number he smiles at me
And then the teacher walks in
"Hello class so I'm not gonna girl you any homework since it's the first day but I will make parters for the school year this will be you're goal for the year to get to know them hate them love them like them maybe date idc but he's you're partners
And she says a bunch of names and I zone out until I hear her say 2 names
"liv and Aidan" she yells out
I look at him and smile
"Oh you're gonna love hanging out with me" I say
And before he says anything the bell cuts him off and i walk out as i start walking to my locker number trying to find it some pulls me into the closet they cover my mouth so I don't scream the turn on the lights
And it's Devon and he decided to break my heart right when he said "liv I can't hangout with you if you think this will go anywhere I just got a girlfriend at camp and she's amazing I know we are each other first kiss but I'm sorry I need to go hang out with her I hope we can be friends " and with that he left
I would cry but i didn't surprisingly cause I found a
New love interest.
Later that day I got home and got a text message

It's Aidan and I was wondering if you wanna hang out?

Yeah sure where?

Meet me at the ice cream shop downtown

Well that was interest
I decided to put on black sweater and some black shorts and vans
And head out
As I'm walking I wondered why would Devon do that?
Sure I liked him forever but I had to move on anyway I can't like the same guy forever I fine with his girlfriend and I mean. I'm meeting a new boy at an ice cream shop right now so I guess that's the point of life is meeting new people and just being happy and letting go
As I walk up to the ice cream shop I see Aidan looking at his phone
He looks up at me and smiles and give me a hug
"Hey I thought you weren't gonna come" he said
"Well I'm here and what are you getting cause I want ice cream and I haven't had butter pecan in forever" I said
He then replied with "uh I think I'll just have cookie dough"
We then order our ice cream and walk together he's really nice
"So any activity's at school you signed up for?" He asked
"Uh yeah I signed up for music"
I said
"No way I did too I'm shocked I didn't see you're name on the sign up list" he said
"You sing?" I ask
"Yeah I love too" he replied
Wow I guess we have a lot in common then I thought
We continue talking and stuff got really deep I told him I had to go to the hospital tomorrow and he asked why And I told him all about myself and it was a big relief he told me all about himself and he drove me home when we got to the last step before the door
He looked at me and took a step closer
"Can I kiss you? Cause I've been wanting to since I saw you the first time at school" he said 
Yes pls!! Okay good I said that in my head
I just nod and we both leaned in and kissed it felt so good to feel his lips on mine we continued making out for about 10 minutes and then he pulled away and he asked if we could take pictures I said of course and we did  he got a funny/cool one of me doing peace signs and cross eye and I really liked it I had fun
At the end I kissed him goodnight and we made our separate a ways till tomorrow I walk into my house smiling and see my mom crying on the couch
"Oh my god mom are you okay what's wrong" I ask and hug her she pulled away and looked at me
"You're father got in an accident he's okay but he's in a coma" she replied
