1 - Haven't seen you in so long

Hey guys! Before you start reading: I have NO idea why I wanted to make this fanfic 0: I googled Pixis X Erwin and it's not even a ship yet!! (YET) I thought it would be funny to make one? :DD This is the first Pixis X Erwin fanfic EVER. I don't even think I ship this tbh-

"I havent seen him in so long"
Is the first thing i think about when i wake up and fall asleep.
Every day.
I haven't seen him for months-, maybe years. I have lost count. But its gonna be different tomorrow. Tomorrow I would see Erwin again and having a meeting with the Survey Corps.
Levi and Hanji will also be there but I only think of Erwin.

I realize that it will be quite late and I have to go to sleep. It is very late but who cares?
I realize how quiet it is in this room.
Nobody talks, nobody outside either.
It is so quiet that I am starting to feel alone.
In front of me I see a dusty bed with a desk next to it with a few unfinished letters.
Is this all i can get? Is this life? I can only think of tomorrow. Tomorrow everything is gonna be fine and i can talk with Erwin and the others.

The days pass and I still have a hollow feeling in my stomach. There will be a meeting with Pixis tomorrow. I am very nervous and nothing can help. We would leave tomorrow morning.
Me, Hanji and Levi.
Only the three of us.
I walk through the long hall to the meeting room, we would discuss the plan for tomorrow here. I don't really feel like it anymore, I am tired and I prefer to sleep, but I can't.
Not now.
It seems to take an hour until I'm on the other side of the corridor.
It is dark and quiet, it gives a strange atmosphere. Normally there were so many people here. It used to be cozy here.
"Hey Commander Erwin! Are you ready? you are late!" I hear a cheerful voice say. Hanji stands happy in front of me.
Nothing is bothering her and she looks at me for a long time.
"Is Levi already there?" I say back in shock.
"I don't know, I haven't seen him yet, to be honest I have been waiting here for a while"

'Oh"
"Nevermind there he is already!" Hanji says back. Levi comes and he seems tired too. We sit down at the table to discuss everything for tomorrow. To be honest, I am more excited about seeing Pixis, we have not seen each other for a long time.
