I don't want to think about Jaye, to get my mind off of him, I went outside and took a walk down the street, it was dark, as I grabbed my phone from my pocket i checked the time, it was 12:00 am. As any normal person would do, I headed back to my house and as I was walking I stopped and tried to get Jaye out of my head but it was weird, I couldn't get him out, it was like he was stuck. I continued to walk back, and then a shadowy figure came out in the distance, I rubbed my eyes to make sure I wasn't hallucinating, and it was still there but it was running towards me! I ran as fast as I could, and as I did I got home very quickly, but the person who was chasing me was right behind me, I was rustling throw my bag trying to find my keys until I turned around to surrender, and they were gone. I breathed a sigh of relief and grabbed my keys out of my bag and unlocked my door, I walked in and shut the door until I saw a person, laying on the ground who didn't look like they were breathing, I tapped on their shoulder to see if they were alive, the person layed there for a second before opening their eyes in a panic, he had Narcolepsy and he explained everything, "I-I don't know how I got here! I just remember walking along the side walk and then passing out!" he pulled meds out of his pocket and threw then into his mouth. He got up, "I'll be leaving now, I'm sorry." I looked at him and sighed, "its late at night, and you have Narcolepsy, just stay here for a while." I knew not to let strangers into my house but I decided to let it slide, by the way this guy was thin, not like super super thin, he had a nice body but he was just skinny. As the night went on, we talked a lot, and we soon realised we have quite a lot of things in common, surprising, only because me and Jaye didn't have as much in common after that I asked him, "who are you?" he laughed, "oh my gosh! I forgot to tell you! My name is Kai. I also have very short memory. So if I forget your name, don't blame it on me, blame it on my memory." I laughed and he laughed and that night was the most nicest night ever beacuse I didn't have to cry alone and I didn't have to stay alone for the whole night and feel scared. Kai was there, and I felt happy and for that one night, I felt like I could trust someone.
