What Is Love?

"Hyung?"

"Oh, Innie. Why are you awake?" Felix questioned while removing his shoes.

He wasn't really expecting for Jeongin to be awake since the latter fell asleep an hour ago already.

Jeongin rubbed his eyes, yawning, "I went to the kitchen to get water and you weren't on your room, so I got worried.."

"I'm sorry for making you worry, Innie. Do you think you can sleep again?" Felix asked.

Jeongin slowly moved his head "no" with a pout.

"No? Good thing I have snacks!" Felix held up the bag of snacks with a wide smile. "It's the reason I came out in the first place."

As Felix was putting out the snacks on the table while humming, Jeongin fell.

Literally.

"Oh- Innie!" Felix quickly walked to where Jeongin was standing and supported the younger with his hands, letting him sit on the couch.

Felix had a cheeky smile on his face as he said, "I thought you weren't sleepy?"

Jeongin's face heated up, eyes looking down in embarrassment.

"Shu- shut up.." he muttered.

Felix shook his head, laughing silently.

Felix turned his head to where Jeongin is, only to see him dozing off. Finding it cute, Felix took out his phone and captured a picture.

Felix shook Jeongin's shoulder and gently said, "Innie, you should sleep on your bed."

Jeongin; half-awake half-asleep, agreed and allowed to let Felix drag him upstairs.

After reaching the bedroom, Jeongin plopped down, taking the freckled with him. Jeongin bear-hugged Felix, nuzzling his nose on the crook of Felix' neck.

Felix, being the ticklish person that he is, let out a giggle before hitting Jeongin's head.

"Yah! You're heavy!" Felix complained, trying to remove Jeongin's arms and legs on his hip.

Jeongin tightened his hug, "No!"

Felix gave up with a sigh and thought of a reason to have Jeongin remove his hug.

"Ah right. I forgot the snacks downstairs."

Jeongin looked up at Felix, eyes squinted.

"Please..?"

Jeongin huffed and removed his body from Felix, hugging the pillow instead.

Felix walked down to get the snacks again and went back to Jeongin's room. He threw the snacks at Jeongin and got the remote, opening Netflix on the TV.

Jeongin sat up and ate the snacks by himself, sulking from the lack of skinship.

Felix noticed it and smiled fondly, "You can hug me again, y'know?"

Jeongin visibly flinched and turned his head slowly to where Felix is. His eyes saying, "Really?"

Felix nodded, and the corners of Jeongin's mouth turned up in glee, but Jeongin's smile quickly faded and he hung his head low, biting on his bottom lip.

"What's wrong?" Felix asked, worried.

Jeongin scratched the back of his head and let out a forced laugh, a hint of pink visible on his cheeks.

"No- nothing!" he stuttered.

A minute passed and Jeongin still isn't doing anything except for looking at his fiddling hands.

Jeongin shouted out of the blue, startling Felix who was drinking banana milk.

"Wha- what?" he choked out.

"Can I.." Jeongin took a deep breath. "Can I spoon you..?"

Jeongin turned red and he screamed internally, regretting what he said.

Jeongin's PoV

Ah, yes. This is it.

WHY DID I SAY THAT?!

Okay, okay. Let's calm down. Deep breaths.

I SAID CALM DOWN STOP BEING A BLUSHING MESS!

I mean, why should I even worry this much? I believe in you only live once.

IT'S FELIX WE'RE TALKING ABOUT DUMBASS-

I glanced to where Felix-hyung is, and he's smiling.

"Why are you smiling?"

"Why did you even hesitate on telling that? Of course you can!"

Wait what? Am I dreaming? Probably. If I'm dreaming, no one wake me up.

Third Person PoV

Jeongin anxiously spooned Felix, eyes looking far.

He can't believe that he, a mere mortal, is spooning Felix, the literal definition of precious and perfect.

What a time to be alive..

Thirty minute passed and Felix turned around, getting uncomfortable from the position he's in, only to see Jeongin with his eyes barely open.

"Hyung..." Jeongin mumbled, eyes heavy

"Hm?"

"I think.." Jeongin exhaled softly and touched Felix' cheek.

"I think I like- no, love you.."
