The Beginning of an Interesting Voyage - June 17, 1832
Well, this shall be interesting. There's only one passenger on our voyage to America. She's just a girl, thirteen years of age. Her name is Charlotte Doyle, she seems terrified. I feel bad for her. I truly can't imagine being a young girl on a ship alone with just the crew, all men, who are vile dogs below her class. At least I'm a respectable, trustworthy gentleman of her class.
Charlotte's going to America to reunite with her family. Her father's company owns Seahawk. Two other families with a few children were supposed to come with her also, but they canceled... suspiciously. The crew doesn't seem to know anything about it.
