Bandmates (2nu)

Part 1

Noodle sat on her bed unable to sleep. She couldn't get him out of her head. This wasn't unusual though, he was always there, mixing up her thoughts, stumbling through her dreams. 2d.

She kept replaying the scene from earlier in her head, they were rehearsing the dance for the "she's my collar" music video. She liked to imagine the song was about her, but it wasn't about anyone. 2d didn't have a girlfriend. He hadn't since Paula. Only concert kissed, one night stands, always ending with a cigarette and a autograph.

That wasn't often though. She was pretty sure they didn't mean anything though. Or at least she hoped they didn't, there hadn't been one in a while. She liked that.

She kept tossing and turning in her bed, it was now nearing 4am. She was supposed to be awake in a few hours, the band was supposed to be rehearsing some of their new album. They were recording the last few songs later this month.

Why wouldn't her brain just cooperate, she wasn't 15 anymore. Her crushes weren't supposed to keep her up at night. She had cast the idea of love out of her life years ago. When she thought she couldn't be with him, she decided she couldn't be with anyone.

Nearing 5am, she drifted off. Him still in her head.
