It's one of the happiest day in Minju's life cause finally it's her graduation day in highschool and despite of her busy schedules in IZ*ONE she's still manage to cope up with her studies. Thinking about what Chaewon said last year "I promise I will be there at your graduation ceremony" it adds more happiness on Minju's heart.
Minju and other students are now outside and preparing to enter at the venue she keeps looking at her watch and at the crowd finding someone and she can see how other students are being greeted by their parents, siblings, friends and even lovers while Minju she still waiting for someone "she should be here by now" she said in frustration until she received a message

I'm sorry love I think I couldn't make it, we are not yet finish on our exam, I'm so sorry I will make it up to you. I love you
Seems like her heart drops into the ground after she read that message and all of her happiness vanished. They are now entering at the venue and Minju is walking with an aching heart while she suppress her tears from falling. The ceremony started and Minju can't even focus on the event.
It's now time to give their diploma and the MC starts to call the name of the students, "Kim Minju" the MC said but Minju is so distracted by her thoughts "Kim Minju" her name was called again
"hey Minju get your diploma" her classmate said as she taps her on her shoulder and she immediately went to the stage wearing a fake smile.
"Where are you Chaewon?" she muttered to herself as she walks down the stage.
The ceremony ends and all that Minju can hear is "congratulations" well her parents and other classmates greets her too but she's still not happy.
"I'm so proud of you my daughter" her mom said as she hugs her
"So it's time for celebration, where do you want to eat?" Her father ask her
"Anywhere dad it's fine with me" she said as she smiles faintly
"Okay then, let's go" they are now walking towards the door when it suddenly opens revealing the person that Minju is waiting for.
Chaewon walks inside while holding a bouquet of flowers and Minju automatically smiles as she saw her, now her smile is not fake, it's genuine. She ran towards her girlfriend
"love! I thought you wouldn't make it!" she said as she hugs Chaewon tightly
"That's what I thought too, but I did everything just to be here, see? I'm even wearing my school uniform, cause I don't wanna break my promise and I'm sorry if I'm late hehe"
"It's okay love, you are now here and that's what matters the most" Minju said and Chaewon is thankful that her girlfriend understands her, she's so lucky to have her
"Uhmm here I bought flowers for you" Chaewon said as she gave the flowers
"Aww you're so sweet" Minju took the flowers as she kiss Chaewon on her cheek. "Oh by the way love I think it's time for you to meet my parents" Minju said as she intertwined their hands and pull Chaewon with her and latter can't do anything.
"Mom, dad I want you to meet Chaewon, my girlfriend" Chaewon is so nervous right now, she's not prepared for this but she didn't made it obvious.
"Hello Mr. And Mrs. Kim it's nice to meet you" she said as he bow 90°
"Oh so you are Chaewon, my daughter has been talking about you a lot, I'm glad that we finally meet" Mrs. Kim said
"Chaewon wanna join us to celebrate?" Mr. Kim offered
"It's my pleasure sir" Chaewon said as she smile
"Nah stop calling me "sir" it's so formal, just call me dad" Mr. Kim said as she taps Chaewon's shoulder
"Okay s- I mean dad hehe"
They are now walking towards the exit while holding each other's hand tightly, finally Chaewon was able to fulfill her promise and she even got a chance to meet Minju's parents which they accept her and their relationship wholeheartedly.
