chapter two the dinner party

At six o'clock, I got dressed and did a nude makeup look.

"Damn it why do I have to go to this stupid thing" I mutter to myself.

as I went to The shoe closet and grabbed my calf-high boots. Grabbing my sweater that casually laid on the floor.
Picking my sweat up as I walked pass by it. I side and headed downstairs into the kitchen.took out a pop and started to drink it when, I looked up at the clock and it was 6:45.

Rushing to the door I picked up my keys and ran to my car starting my car I was already pulling out of the driveway. Reading me address I got there about 6:50 hopping out of the car and walked up to the door and knocked.

the door swung open with a male standing at 6 ft 3.

" Come on in, you must be midnight. My little brother Jhon said you'll be here to night." He looked so different from Mr. Moon, and Jhon. My mind wandered a bit as he let me in.

"I'm jack, and before you say anything, I am a werewolf and  that smell of yours is making me happy." Buy at last he flash that smexy smile at me.

" Hello Jack, yes in Midnight. I was invited to this lovely home" 'this is totally shit right now' " so were is Jhon?" My voice was a bit softer then normal.

"He'll be down in a bit" he looked away and fix his coat.

I got the hunt and smiled.' he went to go for a run that's it don't worry' my mind wonder to all the bad stuff, to think I might have feelings for him.

"Umm... Hey let's go to the living room." He started to seem worried over something.

"Okay when we get to the living room tell me what's on your mind" It was like, my words meant nothing to him. His mood changed and he smiled.

"Nothings wrong, just wait for dinner with me."  His voice went to a soft mellow tone.

 A few minutes went passed and, Jack got restless moving up to stand and then walk back and forth for a good ten minutes. After another  ten minutes , I stood up. 

"Where the hell is Jhon? now it's been 40 minutes waiting for him. Where the fuck is he." I finally released what I said but it was too late for me to say anything. Something strong wrapped around my waist. It lifted me off the ground. I kicked my legs a bit and looked back to see Jhon holding me.

" Damn it, please put me down, Jhon." My face was flushed a deep red as, I kept my face down wards.

" I'll put you down if you don't" get so upset about me... Okay?" his deep voice echoed in my ear drum.

His voice shocked me a bit, it ran chills down my spine. Though the chills felt nice, I quickly snapped back with a bright teal eyes. my head snapped to look at Jhon. The look of surprise came across his face. He dropped me with his hands up.

"Never mind if ya worry then ya worry. Just don't worry about me. Anyways let's go have supper, father is done cooking."

My eyes went back to the normal light purple, I put a still face and nodded my head. 

"Let's go then, and eat some food."

I had a feeling that something bad was going to happen, as if it wasn't bad enough. I sighed softly and moved along into the kitchen. I saw this display of food set across the table. Jack, Jhon, and me walked into the kitchen. I counted about four more people at the table. I was not looking at mr.Moon, but he was sexy. No doubt that I was staring. Jhon smiled and lead me to my seat, making me sit down. 

"so this is Midnight, and as you all can smell she  is a werewolf. A stray at that so please  make her feel at home here" basically Jhon is saying don't scare me off.

I sighed with a half a smile and looked down at the plate that was placed down in front of me.

"Hey Midnight I'm Potter, this is Josh and the one at the far end of the table is Markus" He was like all the others with that sexy  smile of his. " oh and by the way you look sexy 'af' right now" 

Jhon's face and body stiffened still and glanced over at Potter. Potter shut up and looked at his plate.. We all took food, ate and talked about recent kills and what not, I mainly stayed quite cause I don't really stay up to kill something.

After supper I got up to help but the boys looked at me and said  ' go sit down' but  I was like 'what?.' They took my plate  and said 'sit' all together.

"Fine, fine you guys  win but I'm going to outside."

I pushed in my chair and walked over to the sliding door. I pushed it open. Seeing clothes everywhere, I went to sit in a chair close to me. Watching some of the guys run around the house but thats when i see a sandy coloured wolf heading towards me.

 I got up and opened the door for the wolf who nodded it's head at me and headed back inside. I kinda felt weird so I went to find Jhon to tell him I was bored and wanted to go home.

I look in the kitchen to see if he was  and nope not here, but I asked one of the brothers.

"Oh he just went upstairs go talk to him." his smile told me not to but i didn't want to leave without saying goodbye.

I walked up the stairs and peeked around the corner  to see a long narrow hallway. I looked both ways before I headed to the right and go to knock on the first door.I pressed my ear to the door as, I hear people talking. I knock on the door  one more time. It opened fast and Mr.Moon stood and faced me. He gave a small smile and gave me a small nod before walking past me.

Jhon was standing in his room and with his shirt in his hand. His back was towards me.Glistening sweet rolling down his back. Looking at it i could have been drooling all over him... His head turned back to look to see who's at the door. The look on his face  was a little shocked, but happy smile came across his face.

" Sorry I didn't..." I trailed off and smiled just a little bit .

Only to find out how fast he moved. That speed normally was caused after a transformation. ' was he the one that I...' I looked up at him as he stood in front of me.

His breath was a little hot and hair was moist. The feeling of his body being close to mine was kinda scary though I wanted him closer than what he was. The smell of sweet filled my nose only to look up at his sliver eyes and sharp chin line like his fathers. looks like he got his dads genes for sure. Jhon lowered his mouth to my ear.

"I'm so sorry that this didn't happen sooner.. You were just so mad at me " His  arm  wrapped  around my waist pulling me towards him.

"J...Jhon what?" my hand went up and placed right on his chest to stop my chest hitting his." Are you okay?" His breath was hot on my ear.
