Gulf followed them to the hospital only to find out how it would turn out after the blood was drawn. Gulf knew after his blood was drawn, Mew would feel weak. Then he left the strawberry tea with his seniors. After he drink the tea, Mew asked how she knew his favorite drink. Fern answered that she also really liked that tea. But mew not just believe. He knows if she's lying to him. Who knew he liked strawberry tea only Gulf.

In the afternoon Fern told Gulf the results. Apparently Mew required dialysis. Not only that, Mew was also convicted of stage 4 liver cancer. His life expectancy stayed 1 year. Gulf seemed hit by lightning in broad daylight. Gulf cried uncontrollably.
Gulf decides to keep mew, though mew continues to reject it. Gulf enters the room where Mew is being treated. Mew who doesn't want to burden Gulf forcefully expels him, but Gulf remains in his stance to accompany mew for the rest of his life. Gulf also took a year off from college to take care of mew.

Gulf everyday makes breakfast for mew & also delivered mew from his lecture. Sometimes waited for mew at his university. Gulf is afraid of anything happening with mew without he knowing. Mew friends who don't know if mew sick, very jealous and always teasing mew. Sometimes Mew felt he was very selfish to have defended Gulf just to care for him, whereas Gulf didn't have time to take care of himself.

Gulf: Morning boo. it's time you have to wake up. I will take you to the yard to sunbathe.

Mew: Hmm...no. I still want to sleep. Don't bother me. Ok!!!

Gulf: Ok if you don't want to sunbathe. But, don't you want to get up for breakfast and go to college? Don't you have an exam today?

Mew: Oh shit. I forgot about that. What time is it?

Gulf: 8am...

Mew: Shit .. shit .. shit. I have to take a shower and get dressed.

Gulf: I have already prepared your breakfast in the rice box, as well as your medicine. after the exam you have to eat it. Ok?

Mew: Ok...

Gulf: Oh yes, today you have an appointment with Fern 3pm. You have to check yaour condition.

Mew: Can we cancel that? Today I want us to have fun. Didn't I ever promise you to take you to an amusement park before?

Gulf: P' Mew, do you still remember it?

Mew: Of course...oh shit i'm late. After the exam, let's talk again.

Gulf: (Kissing Mew) Ok boo. Good luck na.

As usual Gulf waited mew at the cafe opposite the mew university. Mew's friend Lhong suddenly called Gulf and said that Mew fainted during the test. Gulf went straight to mew class and took him to the hospital, along with lhong. Gulf asks lhong what made mew faint. lhong said that before the exam, his face turned pale. When he asked, mew only said stomach ache. Lhong thinks it's normal. unexpectedly when the exam took place mew even fainted.

Fern comes out and Gulf asks about Mew condition. Fern says that Gulf must be mentally prepared for the worst. Gulf sat weak and cried. Lhong who doesn't know anything is just dazed and doesn't know what to do. Gulf goes into mew room and hugs his boo. The next day Gulf brought Mew home to be treated until it was a cloudy morning, Gulf had to accept the fact that Mew was gone forever.
