chapter 2

We got in to Tampa last night, but today was wrestlemania which we were going to but what scared me was seeing my daughter for the first time in 2 years. I was in charge of getting Alex and zane( both 20 ) up and ready to go for the day and Becky has to get Alana( 16 ) ready. Even tho the boys can get ready them self's, they DON'T like mornings so I have to do it.

"Boys time to get up, we have to go see your sister today."

" UGH! Dad what time is it?" Alex asked

"11 am, so get up both of you before I get your mother. And you don't want your mother getting you up so GET UP!"

"Alex dads right, remember the last time, mom wasn't happy" zane told Alex

" ugh, I hate how you are always right with these things. But you have to say I was pretty funny" Alex laughed

" Alright boys get up, and don't forget to wear your sisters shirt today. Because It would mean a lot to her."

After I get the boys up and laugh and talk to them I leave to let them get dressed walk out of there room in the hotel and go down the hall to see my queen and my little cupcake. " Good morning babe, Morning cupcake love the shirt"

" Morning daddy and thank you, sissy sent it to me" Alana said

After she said that I seen the look on Rebecca's face and it killed me. Out of everything we went through and did the one thing we did wrong was to lie to Grace and we did it to protect her but because she's our kid, she is stubborn and doesn't listen. " I know I know, we will go there early and talk to her I promise"

" I know everything will be ok Colby but I just miss her so fucking much. like she contacts them all the time but not one text in 2 years to have us explain not one" becky says while breaking down into crying

" it will be ok I promise" I said while the boys come in and walk up to there sister. we told them a year ago about the reason she ran away because before they were always blaming us for everything but after we told them everything was fine but for Rebecca it hits her hard and Alex is attached to Rebecca sense birth he hates seeing her cry and always wants to make her smile and laugh but right now he knows its not going to work.

An hour or so later that day

we just got to the arena, we are all scared and nervous but this needs to happen. we walk into the  arena and as soon as we walk in we see Lacey and Brie, we chat with them for a good 30 minutes until we say a see ya later and attempt to find our daughter before the show starts. Then we run into hunter and Stephane  " hey boss man, hey boss lady"

" whats up Lopez family!" hunter say shocked and happy to see us.

" oml, Alana sweetie you have grown up so much! you look beautiful!" Stephane says

" thanks Stephane, its good to see you to!" Alana says back

"  nothin much, came to watch the show but mostly to talk to my daughter" Rebecca comments back to hunter

" I know, look I'm sorry I'm letting her wrestle but bex she's has amazing skills out there in that ring" hunter says

" hunter trust me we know it but we should have told her a long time ago. thats what we are doing today" I said

" good luck but tell her before her match please and thank you"  Stephanie says

" as you wish boss lady" I say again

Stephanie laughs so does everyone else, we give some hugs more like a lot of hugs say goodbye and go and find our daughter because thats the one thing both me and Becky need right now is to find and talk to her to explain everything to her, because she deserves the truth. we walked into catering and there she was our daughter, she turned around and seen us and her face showed she did not expect us to be here but also that she did not want to see us at all. Me and Rebecca al up to her and I said " look I know you don't want to see us but we need to talk to you somewhere private.please."

" Grace, before you say anything we don't want you to quit, or leave, we just came to explain something to you that we should have explained to you a long time ago" Rebecca said in an embarrassing way

Grace's face was still in shock that we where there and also trying to process everything that was just said. Keaton whispered something to her and left, me and Rebecca knew she was engaged because the only time she texted us was to show us she was engaged.

" ok, fine what do you want to explain to me. It better be fast because I got to get ready." Grace said a little angry which I did not blame her for and I can't really yell at her because she in 25

" not here we need  to go some where private where we can all talk" I said pointing to her, becky, and her siblings. She nodded and understood what I meant and motioned her hand in a way to tell us to follow her. we followed Grace down a long hall way and into her dressing room where we went in and sat down.

"start talking" Grace said
