Chapter One - Part One

Beginning of term part 1

Katie is getting ready for school she's very active and ready to go back to school to see her best friend Summer, they've been friends since they were 3 years old. They never and I mean NEVER kept secrets from each other some of them were small secrets such as I'm having a new baby sister or I've got a new toy but one of the secrets were very VERY big.

The day of the secret

It was a normal day and Katie and Summer were playing with the toys they were only 8. When Summer felt something inside of her. She started getting hotter and hotter.

"Katie I don't feel well, Come to the toilet with me? " said Summer.

Katie dropped everything and replied " Of course"

So they asked their teacher Miss Woods she said " hhmmm OK... " she thought this was a bit suspicious but then she carried on writing reports for parents evening.

" Right what's wrong Summer you can tell me. I'm your best friend" said Katie.

" I feel really hot feel my face" Summer replied.

Katie placed her tanned hand on Summers pale head while a strand of blonde hair blowed down into Summer's face.

"wow!!! You are hot!! " Katie said.

Summer looked in the mirror she saw her and Katie. Summer was very pale every summer she would get a tan and become white again!! She had the brightest hair you could ever have she had bright blue eyes that everyone thought were contacts and wore her red cardigan with the WoodBrigde primary school badge. Where as Katie on the other hand was very tanned she would always tan in the summer with Summer and always get tanned easily. She had bright green eyes that again looked like she had contacts in. And dark brown hair tided up in a bun. People always mistaked her hair for black hair.

Summer looked in the mirror and saw something rather unusual her eyes instead of being bright blue they were bright........ Yellow?!?!

She fell to the floor with a bang and Katie told her she turned into a wolf and then woke up as herself. Summer told her parents and they said that she was a wolfblood like them.
