Please don´t forget to always WASH YOUR HANDS at any moment drink vitamin C, Orange juice anything that contains vitamin C to keep your Inmune sistem high so you can prevent of getting infected by the virus. Here in Puerto Rico the virus has arrive, the whole island is in quarantine and I am a asthmatic girl so please guys take good care of yourselves cuz the situation is very fragile and we all are a little scared but we have to stay calm for now we have to pray.
