Seth’s POV

I stared at the picture in my hand; she was so beautiful, so innocent, and so… perfect. How did she ever fall for him?

“Seth, are you going to the hospital to see Nath?”

I didn’t want to. I didn’t want to look at my little brother sleeping his pain away knowing I may never get to see him smile, laugh or even scowl at me anymore.

“Maybe.” I whispered. I couldn’t be thinking about this right now. I ran down the steps to get some fresh air.

Christian’s POV

Oh fuck. I'm in trouble.

“Christian, what the flying fuck are you doing here, and who is this with you?”

The voice of destruction belonging to, none other than baby sister dearest, Samara. She marched into the ward and slapped me.

My hand immediately moves to caress the stinging cheek, “I deserved that,” I barely whispered. I saw tears well up in her eyes and I regretted it all. I regret keeping my daughter and wife a secret but it was for her own good.

I was pushed back now but not by Sam, by my wife. “Hello Samara, I’m Christian’s wife and Nathan’s sister.”

Sam looked devastated and furious all in one. “I-is that my niece? You’re Nathan’s sister?! I thought she was dead.” Sam stared at Saphira like she was a ghost or something. Just then Alex started crying and I took her from Saphira to go rock her outside.

I hope those two don’t kill each other while I'm gone.

Samara’s POV

No. this wasn’t happening; she's supposed to be dead! Yet she’s here, standing in front of me… what the hell is going on? I stare back at her studying her intensely; she was basically an even more beautiful version of her brothers. She was a little taller than me with a slender body, long flowing hair and blue eyes. She was gorgeous but something was off about her.

I sat down on the chair next to Nathan because it felt like my body and mind was about to wear out. I thought over this situation and could really do with one of Nathan’s reassuring forehead kisses right about now. I looked over to him, wishing he would open his eyes and see his sister, his beloved sister.

I couldn’t handle all this information at once. My head was spinning but I sat there for Nath, I sat there quietly until my brother came back in. he glanced at me and as soon as I saw he acknowledged me, I left, never looking back.

Saphira’s POV

Well that was worst that I thought it would be. I don’t think I like her very much but she's Christian’s sister, he would get angry if I said the slightest mean thing about her.

I stared down at my brother but felt no guilt for leaving him and Seth. Maybe I’m a bad sister but I had to get away.

“What do you think of Samara sweetheart?”

Shit.

Samara’s POV

I drove until I was no longer focused on my driving but on my thoughts and tears that threatened to flow. Someone lurked in the middle of the road but I didn’t realise, not until it was almost too late. I stamped on my brakes coming to a screeching halt and jumped out to apologise.

“Well, who do we have here? What are you doing here Samara?”

I stared into the face of the devil, Seth Thorn. “Heading to the hospital Seth? You might get a nasty surprise.” I growled at him. He stared back at me trying to process my words and the raced back to his house, probably going to the hospital. I got back into my car and drove home.

“Could this day get any worse?”

Wow, I was wrong.

Haha I just love cliffhangers :) Motivation for this chapter: my boyfriend. I got pestered to update so here it is! Bye!!
