Chapter 3 Excuses

My mom keeps trying to get me to talk about what's bothering me. I never say anything I just want to be left alone. I also want it to stop, but if I say anything my mom would never believe me just like Uncle Allen said it would continue happening. My uncle came over that weekend he brought my cousin with him and they were gonna stay the weekend like they always did. I think my mom told uncle Allen what's been going on because that night he asked me if I wanted him to sleep on the floor in his room. When I said No I'm fine, he said no I'll do it so I will be their if you have a nightmare tonight I kept saying no I'm doing better now but he wasn't taking No for an answer. My mom thought that was a great idea. She doesn't see anything wrong with him not taking no for an answer. She Sees it as a loving uncle trying to help his niece out with her night terrors. That night he didn't sleep on the floor like he told my mom he would. After my mom checked on me to see if I was alrigh, he climbed into bed with me. He made me sleep with out any clothes on, he also took his clothes off. This time he forced me to touch him in his private parts and when I refused or cried out a sob he covered my mouth and said shhhh don't want anyone to hear you now do you? I shook my head knowing that's the answer he wanted to hear. I begged him to stop and he wouldn't listen to me. I didn't get any sleep that night. He wouldn't stop all night. He told me how beautiful I was and how special I was to him, more special then his own son. Told me he loved me more then life it's self. I didn't want to hear it I just wanted it to stop. In the morning he got up before my mom did put his clothes on and went and made coffee and breakfast for everyone.  When my mom woke up she asked my uncle if I wet the bed last night. He said no she was an Angel no nightmares either. Oh good I'm so glad. my uncle asked my mom if he could take me to the Zoo she was like sure are you gonna take your son Charlie as well? No he wasn't feeling to well last night. Oh really I hope he feels better soon. Yea me too poor guy always getting sick with something.  Well okay then yea let's get Hailey dressed. Come in sweetie let's get you dressed so you can go to the zoo with Uncle Allen. Are you coming to mom? No not this time is Charlie coming? No Uncle Allen said he wasn't feeling to well last night you will be fine honey. Uncle Allen just wants to have some bonding time with his niece. Mom do I have to go? Honey why wouldn't you go? Because I don't want to. Come on he's paying for it so your gonna go. Fine I'll go. Hey Hailey would you like to spend the night with me and Charlie tonight?  Not really! Oh come one you will love it. Yea sweetie you'll have fun. Do I have much of a choice?  Not really. Your mom needs some time by here self with out you.  I looked at my mom for a minute just go it will make him so happy. I'm sure it will I mumbled under my breath.
