Rogue Hero (Shield Hero x Male Reader)

Chapter 3

Y/n: "Why the hell are we here?"
Naofumi: "For the reward remember."
Y/n: "Oh yeah, right. Hopefully we can get it soon I don't like being here with all this nobles who don't even like us."
Naofumi: "Me neither."
Raphtalia: "Hey do you guys want some food."
Naofumi: "No, I'm alright."
Y/n: "I ate from the buffet earlier, it's actually pretty  good Naofumi."
Naofumi: "I'm fine."
Raphtalia: "You sure?
Naofumi: "Yes I'm sure."
Raphtalia: "Ok. Oh yeah, master Y/n where's Arashi?"
Y/n: "He's sitting outside the castle where no one can see him. He's eating on some of the dead monsters from the waves."
Raphtalia: "Ok, as long as he's safe. Master Naofumi you should really try this food though."
Naofumi: "Ugh. Alright fine."

~Raphtalia begins to feed Naofumi and as soon as he swallows the food a glove is thrown at his feet~

Naofumi: "What's this for?"
Motoyasu: "It's time for us to fight. I heard you've been using this pretty girl as a slave."
Naofumi: "Yea, so what."
Motoyasu: "We're heroes we can't be using slaves, it's dishonorable."
Naofumi: "You do know that slavery is legal here right, and Raphtalia has been a really good help to me and Y/n."
Motoyasu: "That doesn't matter. Fight me and when I win you have to set her free."
Naofumi: "Ok, what happens when I win though."
Motoyasu: "If you win, things will stay the same for you."
Naofumi: "Yea, whatever."

~Naofumi walks down the stairs and I follow behind  but he is blocked by two of the royal knights~

Naofumi: "What are you doing?"
King: "It has come to my attention that you, the Shield Hero, have been using a Demi-human as a slave."
Raphtalia: "Wait it isn't like that, master Naofumi has done nothing wro.."

~Raphtalia's mouth gets covered by one of the Royal knights and other knights restrain her from moving~

Naofumi: "Keep your hands off of her!"
Y/n: "Alright it's time for me to crash the party."

~I whistle and seconds later Arashi burst through the window and lands next to me~

King: "What in God's name is that."
Motoyasu: "That's the griffon that killed the chimera. Why is it here though."
Y/n: "Arashi, protect Raphtalia and if anyone tries to grab her or anything, kill them!!"
Ren: "Why are you giving it commands."
Y/n: "Because Arashi here is my partner and it's a he not an it."
Itsuki:(Oh crap, I hope Y/n didn't notice when I shot him.)
Motoyasu: "Wait that means you have a slave too. What is wrong with you two. You have to fight me too you disgrace."
Y/n: "You fight me, you die. And Arashi can leave anytime he wants to, there's no seal on him forcing him to be here."
Royal knight Captain: "We don't have time for all of this. Come here little lady."

~The royal knight captain reaches for Raphtalia and grabs her arm. But as soon as he did Arashi instantly bit off his torso, and everyone watches in either horror or disgust except Naofumi~

Y/n: "Yep, that's what happens, should've took me and Arashi's seriously."
Ren: "Do you feel no remorse for the man you just killed."
Y/n: "Ren, shut up. He killed himself, he heard me give Arashi the command and he was a dumbass that didn't listen."
Ren: "You're scum, you know that."
Y/n: "I'm scum but notice how your precious king hasn't said anything about it yet. He knows his soldiers are expendable and he doesn't care."
Ren: "No, he's probably just shocked."(It is weird he hasn't said anything yet.)
Y/n: "Anyway, Naofumi go beat up Motoyasu."

Timeskip

King: "Let the battle commence."

~The battle started and it was going really well and Naofumi was really kicking Motoyasu's ass with his many shields and as I watching on top of the balcony I see a magic wind blast get blown at Naofumi from behind as he was about to finish him off. I notice where it came from and instantly go invisible~

Myne: *whispering* "Now the Shield Hero shall be defeated."

~I come up behind Myne while invisible then go visible again~

Y/n: "When you first betrayed Naofumi, I spared your life on a whim, nothing more. But this time, my whim is telling me, to finish what I started..."

~I grab Myne by the head and cover her mouth then go invisible with her. I take her outside then strip off all of her armor and clothes till she's in nothing but underwear~

Myne: "How dare you do this to me. I am of royalty!! UNHAND ME RIGHT NOW!!!"
Y/n: "Ha, Nahh. You know your being a lot bitchier than usual and not in a hot way."

~ I then go back invisible with her and take her into the hall and go up the balcony. Then I  throw her off the balcony and she lands in between Naofumi and Motoyasu right before the King declares the winner~

Motoyasu: "What the hell!" Myne what happened to you."

~I deactivate my invisibility and jump off the balcony and land in front of them~

Y/n: "Look at what's become of you." *whispers softly* "Kenobi."
Naofumi: "What'd you say?"
Y/n: "Nothing."
Motoyasu: "How dare you do this to Myne, I'll kill you."

~I go invisible and quickly run behind Motoyasu and deactivate my ability as I put a shuriken at his neck.~

Y/n: "You'd  have to catch me first bitch. Don't ever threaten me if you don't have the balls to back it up."
Motoyasu: "Doesn't matter anyway I won this fight already."
Ren: "I don't think so Motoyasu. I hate to say it but you were helped out by Myne."
Itsuki: "We saw the wind magic hit Naofumi in the back."
Ren: "Everyone noticed it but the King told everyone to silence about it. It's hard to believe royalty would interrupt a duel. Y/n, I don't think Myne deserved this type of embarrassment but she did do the wrong thing."
Y/n: "Yea and I didn't need your opinion either."
Ren: "Whatever."
Itsuki: "Since Naofumi didn't lose, he gets to keep his slave."
Y/n: "You know, there isn't a slave relationship between them. Naofumi healed her and we both worked hard to get money and feed her meals everyday. He provided everything for her. Raphtalia isn't a slave, she is Naofumi's partner and all of us together are family."
Ren: "He isn't wrong, I haven't seen him mistreat that girl, and she seems happy to be with him."
Itsuki: "You're right."
Y/n: "Glad you guys finally understand. Oh and Itsuki."

~I walk up to Itsuki and punch him in the gut but not too hard~

Itsuki: *groaning in pain* "What was that for?"
Y/n: "Next time you shoot Arashi I won't be so nice. I didn't punch you that hard because you guys agree  with us now but I still had to get payback."
Naofumi: "Alright it's time to leave."

~Me, Raphtalia, and Naofumi begin to leave with Arashi flying out of the hole in the window he made~

Naofumi: "Oh yeah Y/n, do you know what Curse Series is? I caught a slight glimpse of it on my status when I got stabbed by Motoyasu."
Y/n: "Not at all but I'll be right back."

~ I run off to Boss's shop and open the door to his surprise~

Boss: "Rogue Hero, what are you doing here this time of night?"

~I say nothing and drop all of Myne's armor that I stole on his counter~

Y/n: "What can you give me for this armor."
Boss: "Around 300 silver."
Y/n: "I'll take it."

~Boss hands me the money and I put it in my inventory~

Boss: "Wait a minute, this armor looks familiar. Where'd you get this from."

~I put my finger in front of my lips as if to shush him~

Y/n: "Ssshhhhh."

~I then back out of his shop slowly going invisible and then disappear~
