I'm hiding in a deathly arrangement of laughter and chaos
I blunder through hearts with no shame or delay
I go with a speed reluctant to slow
And I drown
No whiskey tears
No perfect souls exist here
I go down
And down
And
Down
I belong to a world of zero order
A place of misplaced places
A thing that thinks things take things to think
Where chaos paints the prettiest pictures
And no one cares the crimson is blood and the blue is the sky
I'm buried so deeply under this airless expectation
I can't find my way out
I'm lost to an emotion that hates me so very much
But I run from her
I sprint towards the sun and the gorgeous fields
A home of forgiveness and solitary frankness
We are mismatched for sure
A purple dress and an organs sweater
A cat and a dog and a fish and a rat
We have been stitched and switched and thrown mindless from the brink of life
We scramble to find the broken pieces of this world we dreamed up
We desperately chase after the fantasy as it dissipates
Our world is burning to the ground
It is crumbling like stone pathways in an earthquake
Birds flew the mess with shrill cries
We cry too
As we watch our crazy personality accept blow after blow
There is not enough vodka in the world to calm this haze
Not enough security in the public to ease our jagged edges
Not enough hype in the drugs to awake what we once had
London bridges falling down
Our only world is tearing down
London bridges burning down
There goes my smile, lets ditch this town.

PoetrySome poems tell a story, other tell of emotions. This one speaks of a place, where all things exist and nothing can ever hurt you. The next is the equivalent of bottled up emotions.
