Chapter Sixteen

It was everyone to people that disliked her (Mink) to people who liked her (Aoba). Basically, the whole group was here and it was embarrassing because Koujaku and her was sharing a moment before they even walked in which... Would it make it embarrassing for him to even stare or look at her? She wasn't even sure but... Would it? She was overthinking because as everyone decided to take a seat and sat on their own Koujaku didn't act as if he didn't know her but was the main one that had sat next to her as if he seemed to be protect of her. Not protective... Watching over her in a way? They sat on a couch as the other seemed to flicker out sitting on various things. But one thing she couldn't figure out is, why they were all here? Did they have information on what happened to her, what was happening to her or what exactly was going on with her at this moment?

As her mind raced Koujaku seemed to notice and he had put a hand onto her resting arm that laid in her lap and he looked over to her with a soft smile as she looked over to see that smile. She was surprised but also let out a soft smile which honestly surprised Aoba. The others didn't seem to notice or care and Aoba went to speak as he disregard what happened as he would probably would speak on it later on. "Noiz found something that had pinged something interesting and probably a lead of why you're exactly here and not Nao but Ana. Go ahead Noiz, you probably explain it the best since I kinda don't know what you spoke to me about. It was a lot of words." He laughed sheepishly with a rub of his neck before Noiz nodded quietly and stood up to put a cube onto the table in the middle and cleared his throat as his bored eyes seemed it scan the room with no emotion as he went to explain of the information that he had gathered and he didn't waste any time as it seemed to be something that would be very serious to the cast at hand.

"First, I went to see if there was any case of Nao being missing for long periods of time since it would be no logical sense that you just - popped out of nowhere without Nao going missing since you are in her body. Turns out, she went missing for a whole year, years ago and it seemed as if she was invited to Platinum Jail, before it went down when you two had destroyed the building... Or you two say that you did." He said very snarky to make the older male with dreads growl. "Continue or I'll punch your teeth out you blonde punk." He glared as Noiz rolled his eyes. "Anyway, the letter was as the same as we Aoba got his, even though it was sent through a small game that Sei sent it was the same invitation. But, she wasn't invited as a guest, turns out, she was selected to be in an "experiment" for money. Of course the girl took it and after the year of the experiment she came back fine, no complains or worries. Until, a few days ago. I checked with a few of her... Friends and they claimed that she was acting weird. Speaking to a voice, seeing things, hearing things and her head pound like crazy sometimes and at points in time, her voice would allure or stop someone. One day, she just disappeared to have her thoughts to herself and that's where Ana comes in. That was the day where you seem to pop out of nowhere. I wondered, why now did you appear and out of nowhere in someone else's body. So, I did more digging and turns out that the experiment wasn't a normal one but the same as yours Aoba. More like they didn't create and artificial human but they created a... How do I break it down dumb enough for you all to understand." He striked his chin where Koujaku growled.

"Go on and continue." Noiz rolled his eyes again. "He basically implanted the same powers that you and Sei had into Nao. Poor girl didn't even know what was coming to her and they wanted to see how she would do. If she could access it with it being there, if she couldn't control it as much as you could since it was born into you and see if they didn't need you or Sei anymore and could just implant Toue with one of it worked on Nao. Apparently it didn't work good enough because he almost killed everything to kidnap you for your abilities. But the poor bastard didn't wait too long because it worked, not in a way that he hoped to. See, he implanted a whole other personality, person into Nao without even knowing and apparently you developed into thinking you were your own person except you're honestly a power that think you're a own person. What I'm saying is that, Ana isn't a person but Nao's power that Toue forced into her body."

Ana widened her eyes as her green stared at the identical man that looked as if her as everyone turned to her and seemed not confused but surprised. Even... Choked up that - Ana wasn't even a person but the power that Aoba, Sei and Nao possessed. But... It was a person. It wasn't built into like how Aoba and Sei were, it was literally a power. It was weird to say, think or even believe but... It was believeable. She didn't even know what to say as she seemed frozen.

"She's Scrap? The power?" Mink looked at her. "She's not even a person, just a power that Nao got stuck with apparently? So we don't even need to take her back home?"

"It's not the fact that we don't need to take her back home but the fact that we need to save Nao. She's probably the other person that's fighting with Ana. It's like the problem I had with Sly. Except... He was kinda of a personality and I had a personality disorder." Aoba announced. "This is more of a..."

"Needing to bring the two together or bring Ana out to save Nao. Who knows what she is going through. Or we can decide which one we want." Mink grunted.

"Or we can just leave this problem to Nao. It's not our fault." Noiz groaners as he rubbed his inner temples before Koujaku voice boomed throughout the room. "Nao is probably deep in there and scared and need our help but Ana-"

"She's not a person, just a power that THINKS she's real. It's like an artificial robot thinking he's real like Clear. So are we being ethical or are we speaking on what our dicks are feeling?" Mink boomed as Clear glared.

"Maybe we don't have to just put her down... Maybe we could merge them?" Koujaku asked. "Nao seems to be fighting for own body as you can tell old man from appearances she made." Noiz glared. "This is a power that no one should have and honestly, I know how to barely use it." Aoba chuckle nervously.

What was she going to say? She would be selfish either way. She had a conscious, she didn't want to die or anything of that sort but she wasn't real! But she didn't want to steal Nao's body. What was that?!

"Couldn't we just stick her in a body like how I am" Ren spoke up and everyone turned their heads to him, some seeming dumbfounded, irritated and Ana seeming... Lost.
