Copy: When Rebecca touches someone she gets their quirk, she is able to have 3 quirks at a time.
Shock Absorption: Rebecca can take as much punches and release it. But she has to activate it.

Quirk drawbacks: If anyone of her quirks are over used she starts to cough up blood.
