Ch 2

Getting home from work is tiring I mean yeah going in getting the checks is nice and all but damn nobody said it was going to be like this. I go to my room and plop onto the bed. I plug up my phone and it restarts, I get so many notifications it's crazy. I got some from Erica, Keyontae, the group chat from some of my several classmates. At least I have some time to sleep before I have to go to class at noon.

4 hours later......

My phone keeps going off nonstop so I finally just wake up. It was Erica probably trying to make sure I'm up and all. My best friend loves me lol🤗. I get dressed and make me something to eat cause I know my body and I know that I can't go on with my day without food. Yes I like food, so what?

After eating, I make it out the door into my car and off to my class, ugh. But you know I have to keep up these good grades. Well they kind of are but let's not get that deep into that.... not right now... any who I make my way to school. I didn't feel like walking even though it's literally a fifteen minute walk. I just didn't feel like it today. So I parked in the parking garage. Sometimes I forget I have different classes for different days idk why but I don't keep up.

I had to check my phone to look at my schedule just to make sure. So today is Monday I have to go to my freaking microbiology class. But hey, it's the easiest class I have so I ain't even worried. Erica and I have that class together so the time is going to fly by real quick. Got to class and realized we had a pop quiz. It's a good thing I know my shit otherwise, we would've had a real problem. After I finished my quiz I left. I'm guessing that was all for the day.

Erica caught up with me and asked me what has been going on between me and keyontae.

Erica: " Hey girl, how you think you did on the test?"

Me: " Well idk. Hopefully I did alright."

Erica: " Me too girl. Ugghhh I was shooketh when I came in class. Hahahahaha"

Me: " Girl you a fool! I cannot with you!"

Erica: " Anyways how's it been with keyontae? The new boo, baby daddy, you know the nunu thang!"

Me: " Ahhh omg girl you stupid, I swear I cannot with you. Hahahahaha! But everything between me and him been great. We text and talk otp every single day. Idk why but I really like him. It's only been a couple days but he's cool. I really do hope he feeling me though. I'll be mad as hell if he ain't and I wasted my time and good ass outfits."

Erica: " I think that's good. But honestly if he wasn't feeling you he wouldn't be talking to you everyday. So I'm pretty sure he's very into you."

Me: " You're right. I think it's going to be good between me and him. So I shouldn't have anything to worry about right now. But I'm still going to keep him at a distance. Can't trust these dudes outchea."

Erica: " Damn right! You know Atlanta full of hoes all these niggas out here for nothing but bitches on bitches. Just make sure you got the right one."

Me: " You're so right but at the same time I can't be falling for him this quick. But I'll take my time."

Erica: " Alright girl just be careful."

We parted ways after that cause I had to get some type of studying done before my next class. So I went to the library picked a spot and went on from there. Since I have like an hour before my second class starts I was only going to stay in there until maybe like fifteen minutes before so I can walk there and get there on time. After a while I started heading towards class. Only to realize me and keyontae have the same American government class together. I never noticed cause I always sit in the front and don't look back.
